Summary: I would be so lost without Dropbox. I use it for work and for my personal files. I have the app on my IPhone, which makes it easy to upload, store, access, and share files from my phone, laptop and desktop. If you really don’t want to spend a lot of time backing up files or keeping organized, Dropbox has you covered. For example, I have photos on my phone automatically backups up to my Dropbox. It’s seriously a game-changer.

Positive: Dropbox makes it so easy to organize, access, backup , and share files, videos, photos and more. What’s great is that the folks you share files with don’t have to have a Dropbox account, and they don’t have to download the files you share if they don’t want to (they can view them from within Dropbox). Dropbox is always innovating and new updates keep making Dropbox better and better.

Negative: When I share Dropbox links with others, there are annoying pop-ups that appear on the website encouraging non-users to download Dropbox. You sometimes have to click around a bit to make changes between folders or to organize things.

Summary: It's a productive storage platform! We had lots of difficulties in maintaining and transferring our files until we started using the Dropbox solution. It enables a robust solution to collaborator upload and access files.

Negative: Premium upgrade is expensive and the free tier is very limited ( only 2 GB ) as compared to some other cloud storage.

Summary: My experience with dropbox is really good. Dropbox is a lifesaver in cases of laptop crash or if you lost your laptop you can easily access your files. Sharing files using dropbox is very good, security will be taken care of. The biggest con is pricing, which should be lowered.
