Summary: Our general experience covers the operation that we have had in the entirety of our company. We are a real estate company, for which the security of all our files is paramount to us, storing files within the Dropbox cloud has been a very convenient solution for us, since we have stored large amounts of important and confidential documents, currently We have freed up a lot of space on all our computers with the help of the Dropbox cloud, we have been able to store large amounts of documents within the cloud that we have obtained on this platform. It is also important to note that the Dropbox cloud is in constant operation within all sectors of our company, all our employees are using this service because it has helped us to send and receive files in a few seconds. I am happy with the general performance that I have had with this platform, I think that only some things should be improved such as the free trial and the upload of files from mobile devices, Since currently it is not possible to upload files from my phone when the application is running in the background. It's also important to note that we've gotten a great pay rate for our Dropbox cloud, so it's great to be able to store files and pay a rate that's beneficial to us.

Positive: Dropbox is one of the best mechanisms that exist today to develop totally reliable cloud storage, where users can access all their files as many times as they want. The Dropbox cloud works great, uploading and downloading files can be done quickly and without interruptions on various versions of the platform, both in the web version and in its version for mobile devices or computers. One of the things that I liked the most during my experience with Dropbox were the following:

- The main thing I like about Dropbox is that it is a system which allows me to create a shared folder within the platform, that shared folder helps me share files with my work colleagues without the need to send them a direct link to it. file and without the need to use a complex process of sending files or documents. This shared folder works 24/7, that means my employees and colleagues will be able to access this folder and get all the files in it anytime or anytime.

- Dropbox has a fairly comfortable interface, using this software in general is very comfortable due to its excellent organization in all sections and its easy handling, the platform in general is quite easy to use, you can easily upload and download files, you can also view the files without any problem and in a matter of minutes.

- The application for computers is fantastic, it automatically creates a folder on the desktop which will be used to store all my files directly in the cloud. To store files in my Dropbox cloud you don't need to open any type of specific application, you just need to drag all those files to the folder on the desktop, immediately all those files will be synchronized with my Dropbox cloud and will upload automatically.

- I love the viewing of documents and images within this software, it's amazing to be able to view and avoid any type of document, although users should be careful as documents cannot be edited simultaneously by multiple people, however when If you need to modify a specific document, you can do it from this platform without having to download the document, without a doubt it is a very important function.

Negative: During my experience with Dropbox, October several benefits that helped my files remain totally safe in a cloud that has an encryption key as security priority, my experience was quite positive in several aspects, however some negative things also emerged and that resulted Rather, these negative things that I present were the following:

- The mobile app would not allow me to upload files while running in the background. I have installed the application on my iOS device, and I have tried uploading a fairly large file to my Dropbox cloud, however I was not successful because while the file was being uploaded, I minimized the application and left it running on background, when I opened the application I noticed that the progress of the file upload was not increasing, I immediately realized that the upload of the files cannot be done in the background within the mobile device, I have to stay within the application while uploading this file.

- The free trial that Dropbox offered me was not complete, this platform only allowed me to store up to 2 GB in the cloud, I consider that the amount of storage space in the cloud that they offered me for free is quite low compared to other platforms that I They offer the same service. The free trial within that platform is also limited due to the fact that there is a limit of 10 files that can be uploaded to the cloud simultaneously. In my personal opinion, I think that the free trial should be expanded and the benefits for new users increased.

Summary: Dropbox is a very easy to use tool to store and share your documents online. The only downside is that the free version doesn't give you a lot of storage.

Positive: -Create as many subfolders as you want
-Just drag and drop your files in the correct folder and it will sync automatically
-Easy to set up with clear sharing settings

Negative: -Syncing large files sometimes takes a while
-The free version is very limited in storage, so it fills up quickly

Summary: Overall Dropbox has fit our particular use case. I do think we could probably increase our use of the software in a way that would be beneficial to our nonprofit.

Positive: We use Dropbox to share files with our auditor. The ability to share files easily and with automatic syncing.

Negative: Dropbox doesn’t play well with VPNs, at least in my experience.

Summary: Overall, Dropbox helps in storing files, audio, videos and documents safely and securely. The platform is reliable and overall robust.

Positive: 1. Dropbox helps in transferring larger files easily.
2. It automatically syncs all the files across the all the devices.
3. It gives the ability to give access to people of the uploaded files.
4. The uploading process is fast, and the stored files stay secure.
5. It is available on all the platforms.

Negative: 1. Multiple accounts switching feature is not available.
2. The initial set up is complex and time-consuming.

Summary: Overall, Dropbox is a secure and reliable securing platform compared to storing data locally in disks. It is also customizable and user-friendly. Aside from the subscription plan being a little too high, everything else is fairly good.

Positive: - Dropbox is a swift and robust cloud storage platform with fast upload and download speed.
- The user interface is simple and modern looking.
- Files syncs across the devices and files and accessed across all the devices too.
- The data gets encrypted and stored securely on the cloud.

Negative: - The subscription is not very affordable for normal individuals.
- Larger files take a lot of time to synchronize properly.

Summary: Good platform for files, an easy one to set up and get using but some random user experience issues can be improved, especially the file request feature.

Positive: Generally a good platform, have upgraded to business accounts, we have a lot of digital assets that we utilize. Folder structure is easy to use as well as sharing etc.

Negative: As compared to Box and some other platforms they have less storage for the dollar. Also a very random issue that is annoying and they haven't fixed...if you request a file from someone (partner / employee etc) their platform appends the name of that person on to the file being uploaded. We create a lot of design files so renaming files takes up a lot of unnecessary time. We've thought about moving to Box or other platforms because of this issue, seems like a simple thing to fix. Also they need to let you close shared files or file requests in batches instead of manually, it can be come tedious for our team.

Summary: Overall, Dropbox is a value for money cloud-based storage tool that has many unique features and comes with an intuitive user interface.

Positive: - Dropbox provides a reliable and secured cloud storage.
- The user interface of the tool is intuitive and straightforward.
- It can be easily integrated with other software products.
- The uploaded files can be easily shared without any compromises to the security.

Negative: - There are a few glitches here and there.
- Some features are missing, like different partitions for personal and professional documents.

Summary: Overall, I appreciated that Dropbox gave me peace of mind that our confidential information was safely stored.

Positive: Dropbox is well known as a secure solution for files. I'd highly recommend the service for organizations that store confidential information (social security numbers, performance plans, etc).

Negative: Dropbox is a bit clunkier to use and collaborate in than Google Suite. It's great for storing static info, but not as good for working with others on documents.

Summary: This is a good and useful online storage with many features. Its popularity means it is integrated into a lot of other programs. Unfortunately, the free account limits you more than other online storage solutions because of the low free storage space.

Positive: This is the OG of cloud storage. It made uploading, sharing, downloading, and editing your documents popular and easy.

Negative: The allotted storage space for free accounts is a little low. With only 6.25 GB (why?) there is an obvious push to upgrade to premium pricing, especially when so many other applications have dropbox integrated in.

Summary: Dropbox is a data storage platform that can be used by anyone. It offers user data security and faster transmission speeds.

Positive: - It can be installed on multiple systems, allowing the user to have multiplatform access to the files stored.
- It provides a faster transmission speed of files compared to any other competition.
- It can be seamlessly integrated with windows.

Negative: - There is no feature for multiple accounts for personal and professional use.
- User Interface can be more intuitive.

Summary: Overall it is good and productive cloud storage service for the professionals and non professionals. I would recommend it to everyone.

Positive: Dropbox is a good and handy software for cloud storage and collaborative working for teams. We can save and share any type of file in Dropbox and access it from anywhere in the world.

Negative: Some time uploading of files and data takes longer time than usual.

Summary: I would recommend using this and is very useful for work purposes. I would use this on a professional level and I have not had thoughts of changing platforms.

Positive: Really easy to submit docs to Dropbox and being able to share it with multiple users. This makes it easy to download docs.

Negative: Would like a better way to share docs. Sometimes can be difficult to share.

Summary: Overall, Dropbox is an easy and affordable option for cloud storage. It provides features and versatility with its tools in storage.

Positive: - The stored on the cloud synchronized very quickly and seamlessly.
- The files stored on dropbox can be shared easily from the cloud storage to anyone.
- The best part about using dropbox is that it is exceedingly affordable to any user.

Negative: - The web version of dropbox runs very slow.
- If you are using multiple devices you will have to be logged in all the time on dropbox else sync fails.

Summary: DropBox is similar to other providers such as Microsoft OneDrive and Google Drive. However, DropBox has been providing this service for a long time with very few outages or glitches.

Positive: 1. Cost-effective (only $10 per month for 2TB).
2. Secure (files are encrypted).
3. Multiple plans available (individual, family, or business).

Negative: The family plan is $17 per month. It allows up to 6 family members but you are still only sharing 2TB of cloud storage. In my opinion, it would be better to offer a slightly more expensive family plan that provides 1TB for each family member and 1TB of shared storage for all members.

Summary: Will continue to use my Dropbox for everything, can store everything I want in here. Great for school or office work as well.

Positive: I love using Dropbox for everything from storage of my pictures to documents. I store everything here. Very convenient.

Negative: No complaints with dropbox works like it’s designed to do.
