Fine for quick shares Date: Feb 16 2021
Summary: Overall this is a must for any team right now so I would recommend the lowest plan to get a bunch of files shared among your team.
Positive: I love how you can invite folks in and out of the business to add, view, or remove files in shared folders. This is very handy in a remote setting now.
Negative: They push a lot on using the App or browser extension, I really don't like that but otherwise, the web app is fine.

Shared folder and excellent user interface. Date: Feb 15 2021
Summary: I am satisfied with the overall performance that Dropbox has had since we switched to a paid plan, as we have had the opportunity to share files as a business, and we also have the ability to share files with other areas of our business. Dropbox has been a completely fluid platform, we have been able to import or export all types of files in a matter of seconds and we have also been able to view images online and edit our documents online, without the need to edit them through an application.
Positive: Dropbox offers a completely accessible interface, an interface that does not present any confusion of use for any of the users who use it. One of the things I like the most about Dropbox is that it offers me a shared folder system with which I can send files to my work colleagues in a simple way, it is not necessary to send them any type of link or share the files by mail, it is only enough that they enter the shared folder, and they will be able to have full access to all the files that have been uploaded to that folder.
Negative: The free trial is one of the things I really didn't like about Dropbox. During the use of the free trial I had many limitations, I could not upload more than 10 files simultaneously and I also could not enjoy a storage space greater than the free 5 GB it offered. I bought a paid plan that offered me up to 5 TB of storage, but I did not learn how to use Dropbox during that free trial, as it was quite limited and did not allow me to know each of the functionalities that the platform offered me.

Best Cloud Storage! Date: Feb 14 2021
Summary: Dropbox is by far one of the best ways to integrate multiple files into one place between several devices or people. Instant editing and sharing allows users to work from anywhere and keep their projects organized and protected.
Positive: 1 TB free cloud storage plus ability to purchase more.
Request files from others even if they don't have Dropbox. Sync files between devices that are not usually compatible.Negative: Offline file view must be manually added and syncing is sometimes delayed if internet connection is slow or splotchy.

Great way to save files to the cloud Date: Feb 11 2021
Summary: I would highly recommend using Dropbox for the ease of use and the way that it integrates with your computer library and several other applications. Quick and super easy set up and maintenance.
Positive: I love the ease of being able to have a dropbox folder right in my computer library. It is so easy to save my files to the folders. I also like that many apps will allow me to sign into my dropbox to choose a file to upload, when needed. I also utilize the large file transfer, and the ability to have a third party access any documents I share with them.
Negative: The pricing is quite a bit more than what I like to spend, but I have been using it for over 10 years.

Good speed for uploading and downloading files. Date: Feb 11 2021
Summary: I am very grateful for what Dropbox has done so that I can have an excellent storage space in the cloud, which helps me protect all the information in my files and documents. This platform offers me the possibility of adding encryption keys for all files and thus being able to encrypt them, this means that it will be impossible for someone without access permissions to view the information in my files.
Dropbox is very fast for uploading and downloading files, its general interface is quite attractive and allows the user to feel comfortable when managing their storage space. Dropbox is totally perfect for cloud storage.Positive: Dropbox is a great software initiative to be able to control all your cloud storage in just a few steps. Since I started using Dropbox in my company, there have been several positive features that I really liked and made my experience with this platform totally effective and pleasant, these features were:
- The Dropbox free trial is totally attractive, offers great access to all users and allows the user to try a variety of features without having to pay anything. In addition, the free trial offers a good limit of storage space in the cloud, the essential to be able to store files.
- The shared folder function is one of the features that I liked the most because this function allows me to share files with my workgroup without having to send them a link to access the file, they only have to access the shared folder and they can view all available files.Negative: During the general use of this platform, I never presented any type of failure, all my files have been kept safe stored in the Dropbox cloud and I have also been able to transfer and receive all kinds of files within my work area. However, one of the features that should be improved in Dropbox is its integration with the Slack service, since it currently offers too slow data transfer, and this causes delays when importing or exporting files through this integration.

File management and document sharing. Date: Feb 09 2021
Summary: It has helped me to be able to keep my personal and important files safe and that I can count on them anywhere without requiring USB or micro SD memories. I can share files via email without uploading the file to the email platform, just attaching the public link of the file in Dropbox is enough. Teamwork has been very useful since when we edit project documents such as an Excel and simultaneously with others it is important to know who has made the modification and when, thus having control of the files and that everyone has it available.
Positive: The drag and drop function, is very useful since it is easier to upload a file without so many complications when looking for it. The storage plans are the best over other cloud storages. I can upload almost any type of file to store it in the cloud, this helps me a lot to be able to have my files anywhere in the world and any device with an internet connection. I can work collaboratively with my team, and I also love that there are plans for teams instead of individual Dropbox accounts.
Negative: Synchronization is a bit slow and consumes resources on the desktop, also if I have an older version the synchronization is slower than normal, many times that kind of problem has happened to me. It took me a little while to configure the file sharing settings and how I can share it. Lately I have noticed that when I have many files in the Dropbox website manager it is a bit slow to organize, if everything is based on the cloud why does it consume Google Chrome resources?

Great satisfaction in file and document transactions. Date: Feb 04 2021
Summary: My general experience has been quite good, because Dropbox has allowed me to establish an immediate connection with all my co-workers and with my family and friends, to be able to send and receive all kinds of files or documents in just a few seconds. I'm very satisfied with the experience that Dropbox gave me, because I have also been able to secure all the information in my files thanks to the end-to-end encryption system that it offers me.
Positive: One of the things that I liked about the experience I had with Dropbox is that this platform allowed me to modify all kinds of documents that I stored in my cloud, with great fluidity when opening each document and modifying the information from it, compared to other cloud storage platforms that are slower to process documents. In addition, I really liked that Dropbox gave me a shared folder system where all my work team can access the files that are in that folder, instantly, this allows me to share files with them more quickly.
Negative: The only negative feature that needs to be mentioned about Dropbox is with respect to its application for mobile phones, due to the application it always has to be updated to the latest version that exists in the store, otherwise, the application will not allow access to Cloud. I consider that the application should always allow me access, because I am not always available to update the application.

Many simple storage spaces for work and leisure Date: Jan 27 2021
Summary: If you don't have Dropbox, try to get it today. Free variation is available and you can also update constantly if you think it does not meet all your demands. Dropbox makes it possible to bring different documents that are spread out in a cloud-based storage space. The files can be in different formats. The file can sync perfectly without any problems. In addition, easy file sharing makes it even more attractive to customers.
Positive: Dropbox is one of the leaders in cloud storage space. It has the benefit of the first programs, since it started earlier with many others on the market. It allows you to gather all your documents and also synchronize them with each other in the cloud. You can easily access your file through any type of creation, such as a computer or mobile devices.
Negative: Dropbox actually has paid and free versions. Only the paid variation gives you access to many important options that are quite useful for personal and professional use. The completely free version is limited to use and storage. This means that free individuals cannot send as many documents as paid customers.

Feels pricey but is worth it for a business Date: Jan 01 2021
Summary: With the help of Dropbox, files can be easily synced up and shared with anyone. It is a secure and powerful tool for previewing the file. If not for pricing issues it would be available for all my employees across the company.
Positive: Dropbox is really a great platform for storing sensitive and large documents. The best thing is that this can be used from any device such as pc, tablet, smartphone. This makes dropbox easier to use with advanced collaboration functionality, it's a quick and efficient file processing program too.
Negative: Little pricey compared to Google Drive, the storage capacity in Dropbox is too low and the incentives for upgrading beyond the basic version aren't very evident.

DropBox...an added security blanket Date: Dec 27 2020
Summary: Overall, I have an added feeling of security knowing my hard-drive files are set to automatically set to back-up and sync with drop box in the case of a disaster or other untoward happening where both the laptop and back-up hard-drive are compromised. Redundancy isn't a bad thing for scenarios like this.
Positive: Its seems easier to navigate than Google Drive...
It serves as a virtual back-up for my files (paid version "Plus" gives 2TB, the free version wouldn't be enough to be worth it)...
Can send large files efficientlyNegative: Won't back-up my iTunes library (copyright issues?)

There aren't any in between options for pricing plans: free option is 2GB storage, whereas the "Plus" plan (next option up for $120/year) gives 2TB...no intermediate options with less storage...2TB is much more than I need. -

Mostly good. Left lacking in some areas. Still better than Google Drive for the specific areas that it and Google both have. I still highly recommend it. And since we already know Google can and DOES look as your pictures on Gdrive, "yes even those naughty ones you took in the motel room." You'd think after the iCloud leaks no one would trust online cloud storage for intimate and private things? Well, you can Dropbox! Date: Dec 11 2020
Summary: Works great. If simplicity is what one wants but otherwise solid, stable platforms to work with the this is it. But with the exception of your customers that tend to use it for pirating or backup of their "so-called" home archive of movies and games. "Yes, we know better, you and I.. Anyhow, I am not talking about those guys. I want you to realize something. The majority of your non-pirating customers are computer power users. Intelligent, and easily insulted when we are left out. Left out of what? Well again, other than gamers and pirates, most of your users are MacOS or Linux or BSD.. And most of those 3 are Linux Linux Linux. Perhaps the past decade went by too fast for you and you have not realized that Linux users are in the MILLIONS! And many of those millions are your customers. Of course a computer nerd or computer geek is going to love the idea of mass online storage that can be either backed up or even used directly online without having to always download it. "Streaming mp3s for example." Please promise to pay a NOTABLE amount of more attention to us and I will be pay attention to your company and people the next time I write another article for PCMagazine, Linux Format, and a few blogs and FB groups that has members in the 10s of 1000s.
Positive: Every was neat, tidy and mostly well organized. It's interface responds fairly quick as well. I wish someone (like you for example) would make Google Drive jealous and out do them.. For 2 reasons. #1 I'd just love to see them squirm. #2 Well, when they first gave out 15GB cloud storage as to which most of the updated material could be ran within browser, videos, text documents, spreadsheet, images, music etc. They seem to continue to add more bells and whistles but not a damn single byte more to storage. That's not even the length of a single 2.5 hr blue ray movie. It's a speck of dust ON a speck of dust by today's standards. Someone needs to send them a message. And the love to all out ignore their regular members.
Negative: I needs Light, Dark and Mid auto themes like most major companies that server as a storage or social media or basically any site that a lot of time it will have eyes on it. Everyone is learning that background illuminated desktop wit small black letters is hell on the eyes. Please do not forget one important thing if you choose to add this. PLEASE do not forget to switch *all* colors of text and symbols to a dark for a light theme and a light for a dark theme. No one wants to strain their eyes to see dark gray letters on an even darker gray background. As a developer I have seen this should be rookie mistake again and again. Even know major business!

Dropbox review Date: Dec 09 2020
Summary: It is helpful but perhaps could be improved upon with more functions or features to make designated files stand out more.
Positive: It is helpful to know when adjustments have been made and by whom to our schedules and arrangements. Dropbox makes that information very clear. It helps us stay organized with easy-to-use features.
Negative: I’d appreciate the ability to delineate our files better, perhaps to highlight or use different colors. Sometimes the info all seems to meld together.
