Summary: Prior to office 365 and one drive or google drive-- drop box used to be king of simple cloud storage for users. Recently, with office 365 integration of the office suit with an optional onedrive cloud storage backup for word/excel documents-- it has really diminished my company's use of dropbox. I wish their pricing was a bit more competitive for longterm users-- but sadly they might be getting priced out soon. I dislike the Microsoft document popup they did -- it should be off by default, but I do appreciate a lot of the 3rd party SSO integration (google!). Overall, its a good product for home users but not so much for business in my opinion.

Positive: Fast and easy to set up, the program itself is relatively painless to install. It also provides a host of other features and often is integrated into a lot of other 3rd party applications. The pricing for free users is great (free), but the space use to be more generous. It allows for google account SSO so that's pretty nice. Customer service is nice.

Negative: Space for free users. Also business pricing just hasn't been very competitive to be honest. Now that Microsoft has expanded their office 365 lineup to include free OneDrive storage it has really cut into dropbox usage. The price point above the free tier is a bit higher compared to others, but I do like their customer service. Also, a default bubble popup in word is annoying, it should be off be default.

Summary: Overall, Dropbox lets you save your important documents and files securely. It can be used by big organizations and small teams as well.

Positive: - It can be easily accessed on any platform like smartphones, tablets, or pc.
- It is very simple to use and can be used by anyone.
- You get sufficient storage to store all your important documents and files.

Negative: - It can be very costly if you have work that requires to be stored.
- The mobile version of the software is not as flexible as the desktop version.

Summary: In other words, Dropbox is a good service for saving data on the web quickly in case you need to free up space or create some kind of backup. It is excellent for saving several versions of the same file in case they all have a different destination, so using it to work in a team is recommended.

Positive: Dropbox can tailor its plans depending on the level of storage the customer needs at any given time, and it is one of the easiest cloud storage services to access, so if you are a first time Dropbox user, it will only require a few steps during registration, and offers a decent amount of GB of storage memory if you opt for the free plan.

Negative: On the downside, Dropbox does not synchronize properly when multiple devices are connected to the same cloud, so some of those involved in the work tend to take much longer than others to access the material. Its speed of downloading files is slow.

Summary: Dropbox is perfect for us to store all of our files and share them with others. Super easy and efficient.

Positive: I like that we can file, share and upload files easily and efficiently. It keeps our staff and leaders organized and able to view the files when they need too.

Negative: I don't have any complaints or reasons I don't like it.

Summary: Dropbox is a very versatile platform because it supports a variety of systems and formats, can be used on computers and cell phones, it is very practical because it allows us to upload all kinds of files without any problem regardless of the size of the same, you will always have your backup safe. Positive: Dropbox allows us a large storage capacity in the cloud where we can keep all the company's files in one place and work more efficiently and organized as folders are created with the contents saved in real time and we do not waste time looking for what we need.

Negative: We are limited with the storage of the free version that barely reaches 2GB since acquiring more storage is expensive, but something indispensable. We are a bit affected by the fact that it does not have a recycle garbage can when deleting a file by mistake.

Summary: We've replaced emails that send updated files back and forth, and you always want to know if you have the latest files. The best way Drive can help us is to keep teams together, complete projects together, and update them. It has a solution for multiple teams to collaborate remotely on journals and other documents. As the owner of the Dropbox account you use, you can create folders in Drive and set permissions for which users have access to which folders. Negative: It has a lack of flexibility in choosing to share certain files with others. I would like to see this feature improved; it would be great if the space allowed per user in Dropbox was unlimited instead of the current 15 GB. You cannot edit certain types of documents in Dropbox, such as PowerPoint. Adding these features will make it serve our organization better.

Summary: Dropbox is suitable for private users who want to maintain and possibly share data. It has a good first space in the free version that may be enough for many users. It requires small groups that want to store documents such as text, presentations, and share them among members. If you have a large group or intend to save a lot of data, you need to upgrade to commercial or professional variation, the cost is interesting.

Positive: We use Dropbox in our small team. When we are working together on tasks that require data storage space and also sharing, Dropbox is vital. Negative: -The smartphone version is not as good as the desktop version.
