Negative: -Sometimes the software itself feels like a resource hog on the computer system it is installed on. The software could be lighter on system resources.

Positive: The ability to share and store any file format and size is great. It gives a very secure, reliable, and cost-effective platform for small businesses. I'm using this solution for more than 3 years and had a great experience.

Negative: Its interface needs to be more user-friendly.

Summary: It provides a guarantees a good level of data privacy protection, and include excellent built-in document collaboration and easy online file sharing.

Positive: It is a simple, reliable storage service with enhanced collaboration features, particularly digital signatures. Good support also.

Negative: It is less integrated than Google Drive, which makes it less attractive.

Summary: Overall it's a genius idea to be able to safely share file, videos, etc. There really isn't a viable second choice when it comes to Dropbox.

Positive: It's great to have a platform where you can not only store files but grant access to others to share those files.

Negative: There really isn't much negative aspect to Dropbox that I can think of.

Summary: We used Drop box for our acquisition of an add on division at my last company. This allowed all team members and some outside consultants to have one place to put their data. It was inexpensive as well.

Positive: Dropbox provides the flexibility to have different items assigned and shared with different people while keeping all the item sin ones spot.

Negative: Until I figured out how to use the software (not sure where to find help) I had a hard time getting all the shares to work. Once I figured it out it was a breeze.

Summary: Overall, Dropbox does what it's supposed to do and is very user friendly / easy to navigate. Would definitely recommend.

Positive: I can use Dropbox for both work and personal needs. Sharing large files at work is simple and then I can also share my music with friends.

Negative: Not much that I don't like about Dropbox. Works great for me.

Also i like how it normally has great interface that are very well designed even for first users.

Negative: I can't really complain of anything coz i have not experienced any negativity while using it.

Summary: It is very cheap and affordable compared to other similar products.
Also it is the best since it normally stores all my office data in one cloud storage.

Positive: With it you can easily share files with different options in a very simple way.
Also i like how it normally saves a lot of time and effort especially when editing videos.

Negative: It is the best i haven't experienced any problem while working with it.

Positive: It was the first of its kind and shaped how we all do business today, I highly recommend how this was the first of its kind for me and made doing business so awesome.

Positive: Every business team/employee know the importance of Dropbox in their day to day work. Dropbox gives you limitless integration with business software, some of the integrations I tried with are, Zoho Projects, Zendesk, Asana, Slack, Trello and Zoom. It was totally fun using Dropbox with integration. The storage and smooth access to the file are awesome.

Negative: The session-based login is annoying. Needs to be fixed.
