Summary: Before use of Dropbox i had difficulty in managing my files. Now with Dropbox i move with my files wherever i go because of its compatibility with Mobile devices. I no longer have to carry or print loads of documents.

Positive: Dropbox is so easy to use and an extremely convenient way of storing my documents, videos, pictures and presentations. I like the fact that it acts as a backup for my online files so that i can share them with friends and colleagues at any time and from any device.

Negative: I store even my most sensitive files on Dropbox and i am always sure their security is guaranteed. Dropbox is my favorite cloud storage space

Summary: Overall experience with dropbox has been amazing and would recommend this software to other friends and businesses.

Positive: Able to send large files that you can't send through emails, able to share docs to other people outside your org. Security was a big factor as well to make sure your files are safe.

Negative: We didn't have any cons with using dropbox, they were able to do everything we need, and the cost was great.

Summary: Dropbox has been the perfect platform for my work sector, thanks to this fantastic software I have been able to establish stable connectivity when transferring files to anyone. I am very grateful to Dropbox for the great performance it has had from the moment I started using it. The platform was very easy to use, its interface is quite fast to process any user action and the file management is quite simple, folders can be created without any type of limit and in just a few seconds. I am satisfied with Dropbox, it has been able to keep my files totally safe and it has also allowed me to protect it from end to end.

Positive: Dropbox is the environment or the panel that everyone would like to have in their company, due to the great potential it has for cloud storage. During my experience, I have had several positive factors that have achieved a correct file management and have allowed me to have excellent file transactions towards anyone. One of these positive factors or characteristics of Dropbox are:

1.- Dropbox has a very fast ystem to import or export all kinds of files or documents. In addition, the file sending system is very varied, since files can be sent through shared links, through emails or through shared folders.
2.- The design of Dropbox is very attractive, and the organization that it has in all its sections is the perfect one to allow the user to avoid confusion using the platform.
3.- Dropbox allows you yo change the viewing permissions of each file stored in the "team" section, in order to share files with specific people.

Negative: During the use that I have had with Dropbox, I have not presented any problem, its willingness to upload and share all kinds of files in just a few seconds, is impressive. Some of my colleagues have had problems with the mobile application since the App requires that it be updated to the latest version, however, I have not had that problem since I always have automatic updates on my cell phone. The mobile Application is fantastic, it works with the same speed as the desktop version and allows great fluidity in file sharing.

Summary: Dropbox is my favourite place to store all of my important credentials. Sharing file using URL is also possible on this. The overall platform is secured and well organised for cloud storage.

Positive: Security is always a matter of concern when we upload important data on the cloud. But not on the Dropbox platform, because it gives me a trusted secured and reliable cloud storage to keep all of my important credentials on its encrypted space. I can also integrate with other tools for direct backup. Its UI is very clean and easy to share files.

Negative: File lock and secret folder need to be added for business plans.

Summary: It provides features like remote access and contribution by many people at a time and version control. These features come very handily. Its servers are always online hence an amazing option for backup.

Positive: - Everything stored is encrypted.
- Can be accessed by multiple persons remotely.
- Can access everything from any device.
- Completely secure from any intrusion.

Negative: The interface can be easier. Otherwise, it is an amazing application for storing data online.

Summary: Overall, Dropbox is great for business usage. It also offers multiple securities for data storage, I'm satisfied. The plans are also on the lower side. Loved it.

Positive: Dropbox is also very useful for office usage. The interface is well organized and easily understandable. I loved the data transfer speed, it was great on mid-level plans. Overnight backup works seamless.

Negative: No serious downside about Dropbox. You should try.

Summary: Overall, our company's organizational process relies on Dropbox and my team members rely on it to do their jobs well. It's helpful, easy-to-use and easily navigable if you have a good folder structure.

Positive: Dropbox is super helpful for storing images, files and documents all in one place. All of your team members can access the collateral they need to work effectively. It is also safe and secure, and has an easy-to-use folder system to help navigate your files with ease.

Negative: When using Dropbox, make sure you have a strict folder system that is understandable across your company. It is very easy to get lost in Dropbox if you have unorganized folder structures!

Summary: Dropbox is the OG of file sharing services, so people trust it. I've been using it at least once a week for as long as I can remember. I have upgraded twice and practically use it as a backup service at this point. Don't know where I'd be without it.

Positive: I use Dropbox for everything -- sharing files, videos, you name it. People trust Dropbox, so I don't have to coax them to participate.

Negative: No complaints to speak of. It does take a minute to learn the interface. Kinda wish that were dumbed down a little for people like me.

Summary: Overall I am very happy with the product and will plan to continue to use it for the foreseeable future.

Positive: This product has allowed us to work remotely and do many more things that we would not be able to do without it.

Negative: The only con is the storage all our files can take up. The online only feature solves this problem but causes you to have to download your files.

Summary: Dropbox is easy to use for all users, and makes it easy to share files with anyone, as well as protect files you don't want widely shared.

Positive: Dropbox makes it easy to share files both with those who utilize Dropbox as well as others who may use different file-sharing platforms.

Negative: There isn't really that I have found so far to be a con as it works like most other file-sharing platforms. My only complaint would be the limited storage you get for a free account.

Summary: Dropbox is a tool that allows you to access your documents from anywhere. The support team is beneficial and responsive. It is a great option for employers and employees as it can accommodate different preferences.

Positive: Easily able to work collaboratively with other individuals on projects and permits real time exchanges. It is very helpful when it comes to securely saving, storing, sharing, and updating documents. The company has an excellent response and service from representatives when an issue or question arises.

Negative: The previews of saved items are not ideal and may not offer enough information to be helpful. The mobile application is limited and does not permit the same ease/use of functions as with a desktop/laptop.

Summary: The user interface is very friendly, which makes it very easy to use. Overall it is quite a nice app if you want to store your confidential documents and backup encrypted over the cloud.

Positive: It provides a very secure platform for collaborated work on same file over cloud. You can save your files on cloud and share it with just one link with utmost security. It provides encryption security with fast download and upload speed.

Negative: Costumer support is not that good. They should provide faster and relevant solutions to problems.

Summary: If I have to sum up my experience, I would say it is a reliable app for storing your important and confidential files over the cloud. The auto-backup feature provides encryption property as well for better security. Overall its paid version is best in the market for cloud storage. However, its price should be a bit less, but it provides nearly as it costs.

Positive: I have been using Dropbox for the past 3 years, and I first started using it for sharing files by uploading it on dropbox and then sharing their link as its downloading uploading speed were best in the market.
From a few years now, I am using it for backup also because I myself felt that its servers are well maintained, and I haven't had any downtime.

Negative: There is only one major drawback of Dropbox if you want to store files of more than 2GB you have to pay for it. But surely the paid version of dropbox worth your money.

Summary: Altogether, If you are talking about the paid version it is an amazing option but the free trial is quite restricted. I have used it for a lot of time now. I did not face any major cons, its servers are always up and good going.

Positive: I am using Dropbox for 3 years now, in the very beginning I used it for its feature which allows collaborating on a sing file from multiple deceives, So I didn't have to worry about making copies of files every time to work from home or vise versa.
But now I use it for backup also as it provides assured security to the backup file.

Negative: There is no con in the paid version, but the trial version does not have enough free space to backup as well as do collaboration work on files.

Summary: I would absolutely recommend that you do yourself a favor and start using Dropbox! It is a game changer in my business and it will likely be one for yours!

Positive: WOW! What a convenient way to increase storage and access it from anywhere. We use dropbox for having our company files accessible from anywhere.

Negative: I wish that the pricing was better. The more space you use the more expensive it is.
