It is an incredibly easy-to-use storage platform, its storage capacity is excellent, and its cost to expand that capacity is not exaggerated, plus upload and download speed is optimal.

Positive: Dropbox is a unique cloud-based storage software; it provides a platform where it is pretty simple to upload and access files from anywhere via computer, tablet, or mobile device. Upload and download speeds are optimal, it allows you to provide access to files and folders to other users, and it integrates with other tools that help foster work and collaboration on stored files without leaving the platform.

Negative: While it makes it easy to access and share files and folders with other users, it does not allow multiple users to work on those files simultaneously as other tools do.

Summary: It is great that by accepting so many different formats we can take care of sending even pdf documents and multimedia content to the cloud without them becoming corrupted and unusable. By connecting Dropbox with other services established by Microsoft, such as Outlook, we discover the positive of interconnecting our software when we need to transfer data from one to another.

Positive: Dropbox is powerful software with enough capabilities to let us save in the cloud all the information we require, for a small fee that may vary in relation to the plan we need to opt for. Dropbox upload speed is adequate to send data to the cloud in a short time.

Negative: Dropbox integrations are usually very effective, but in the case of Microsoft's office suite is not so comfortable to send presentations to the cloud if they are of high weight, forcing us to share them externally and regularly use a compressor so that the upload does not slow down so much.

Summary: Dropbox is a good option for all information that you do not want to delete but that takes up space that you need at the moment. It also serves as a tool for synchronization and data sharing with other employees quite useful although it has several shortcomings in that regard.

Positive: This application offers a full set of tools for saving information in the cloud. It allows us to synchronize data, make secure copies and specify which files can be shared or not. It also has a fairly reliable encryption system with which there are no inconveniences during data backups.

Negative: Dropbox lacks several essential functions for collaboration between workgroups as it does not have contact management tools or content and task management. At this level it is limited to various file sharing and data synchronization, which can be positive for personal use, but in work cases it is problematic.

Summary: Seamless. With Dropbox I can store my files where I can get to them and sort them by folder and access them from anywhere whether it is on my iPhone, Android phone Windows pc, or just any web browser.

Positive: I trust Dropbox so much that no matter what when I absolutely need to transfer, share, edit or just view a file there is a way to do it with Dropbox. It has been my go-to product for cloud storage for many years. This product integrates so well with so much of what I do every day it is like having another employee on my staff to keep track of things for me.

Negative: It doesn't integrate with absolutely everything and since everyone has their cloud storage of choice it doesn't always play nice with others. But, generally, there is always a workaround or a Zapier that can automate conversion or transfer to make this work.

Summary: Dropbox is a very practical tool when it comes to backing up all our information by synchronizing it in the cloud, as well as to free up storage. At the same time, it is an excellent way that can be exploited in an organizational way to share information to more than one person on different devices.

Positive: Dropbox is an application that stores all that information that consumes space but you do not want to lose from your different devices. Negative: Within the negative context of this application we could mention the fact that the speed of synchronization of files when uploading them to the cloud. This depends on the speed of the internet at the time you have and the weight of the formats, running the risk that it is not completed correctly and is deleted.

Summary: Dropbox has a fully fluid data system also has a storage system large enough to have total confidence that we can save all our files in the cloud. All of Dropbox's features and tools are worth the market price and usage. We were able to improve the security in our backups thanks to Dropbox because of its fast file synchronization. We were also able to integrate it with many tools for cloud integration. This software is exceptional.

Positive: Depending on the version we use we will have at our disposal a certain amount of storage, although it really doesn't matter if we pay or not, Dropbox gives us an excellent amount of storage in the cloud. We synchronize almost all our equipment in the cloud thanks to Dropbox, which allows us to work faster. It also allows us to have an updated database so we can keep our documents protected in case an accident happens with our disk.

Negative: If you have a start-up company it is advisable not to pay any subscription as their plans can be expensive, although it is worth the payment. If you need a preview of a document you can't have it because you need to download the file first, if you don't do it they will show you a preview, but of very bad quality.

Summary: Overall i highly recommend this service. Both the free and paid levels provide a valuable service. They have been around awhile and aren't going anywhere so it is a safe bet. It also integrates with many other software products.

Positive: Dropbox has been a really good product for my over the last 6-7 years. I have used it for both my personal needs and for business. It has saved me numerous times having files stored online. I also love how the product offers revisions of the files, so I can revert back to a prior version. The ability to add extra storage space for free in exchange for completing activities is great as well.

Negative: I do wish the paid option was a bit lower cost. Sometimes the upload speeds are a bit slow too to sync new files.

Summary: Overall, I think dropbox is an outstanding product. It allows me to easily exchange and share files with my colleagues, no matter how large the file is. I can collaborate any time, anywhere and feel secure knowing critical files aren't just stored on a single hard drive. They're safe and accessible from any device thanks to dropbox. Positive: Dropbox allows me to have access to my files from anywhere and at anytime. That's priceless. As a contractor, I serve as the custodian for important files that I need access to at a moment's notice. It just isn't practical for me to store them all on one hard drive. With dropbox, even if I don't have my work laptop with me, I can access my files from a family or public computer. That peace of mind is priceless. And if I need to share files with one of my colleagues, I can do it easily. No hassle, no headache.

Negative: Dropbox is a fantastic product. Although I haven't experienced it myself, a con might be the potential for data loss. I've heard from a colleague of mine that she lost a few files. Again, I haven't experienced that myself, but it is a possibility. Additionally, I think it's difficult to contact support should you have a question or concern. Apparently, you can only contact them via email. That can be anxiety inducing if you're in a bind and need to speak with someone ASAP.

Summary: I recommend Dropbox for all electronic filing needs. Its extremely easy to use and you can access your files from anywhere, including your phone or tablet.

Positive: Dropbox is my one stop shop for all things data filing, organization, and getting my work life together. My files are easily accessible to me at any time and I know that they are secure! They sync with my devices and I have everything I need at any time I need it. I couldn't survive without them!

Negative: Absolutely none. Dropbox is amazing! I can't think of any cons.
