Summary: Very good experience. I have used e file for many years now, and when I start the yearly process, I know it will be an easy experience for me to do.

Positive: Ease of completing 1099's. Info is stored from year to year so I do not have to input it each year. My CPA recommended this service several years ago and I'm glad he did.

Negative: nothing to say here. I am totally satisfied with the service

Summary: I would recommend efilemyforms.com to any self-employed business owner for managing 1099's. I have never had to use them for anything other than filing 1099's but it makes tax time so much easier knowing that I can quickly input a little information and hit send and the website does the rest. I also find it helpful that efilemyforms.com will even verify Social Security or Work numbers for those whom you may be sending 1099's to.

Positive: The website makes it so easy for our business to send 1099's each year. With an account, it is even more beneficial as it keeps information for repeat contractors that we use from year to year. I don't have to manually fill out any form; just a few clicks of the button and copies are sent to the recipient and the proper government office. The prices seem to be reasonable enough as well.

Negative: The only con is that is does cost a bit more than if you just filled out the forms by hand or on your own computer program, but I am satisfied as this works best for us

Summary: I like this product alot and use it every year. I would recommend it to anyone for ease of use and convenience.

Positive: I can file for multiple bookkeeping clients and keep information stored year over year. And I don't have to have a complicated membership to use it, I can just do one form at a time if necessary. Also, it has all the 1099 forms that I need, not just the NEC's

Negative: In the past it was a little confusing to use, but now I think it's very straightforward. No more cons.

Positive: EZ File really did make it easy to file 1099 tax forms for the independent contractors at my business.

Negative: Some screens seem redundant. Wish there was a way to do more on one page instead of going back to another one.

Summary: It is very easy to navigate and nice to have the alerts that are given at a time that is stressful enough (filing taxes)

Negative: I would like more videos or online courses about what I see on the screens of eFileMyForms

Summary: Have relied on this service for many years for our two small businesses - being neither tech savvy nor a trained CPA really appreciate how very clear and straightforward (i.e. 'easy') they make it. This is many many times easier and efficient than producing those forms by hand or with other rudimentary bookkeeping software. Appreciate that they are here for folks like us.

Positive: Ease of use, intuitive, comprehensive, reminders, flags errors, options for processing / verifying / etc.

Negative: Well designed for its intended purposes, no real complaints or criticisms

Summary: Easy, fast and reasonably priced for a small nonprofit. I know that Efile will be there with the same service every year.

Positive: I'm the volunteer accountant for several small nonprofits for whom I issue a number of 1099s each year. Efile makes it super easy, remembering the organizations' data and who we've issued 1099s for previously.

Negative: No problems. Once you understand the interface, using it annually is easy.

Summary: Absolutely wonderful. Highly recommend using Sovos applications or services for all of your filing needs.

I file and report 1099s for an Irrevocable Trust and 2 non-profit organizations. So easy to upload data to the IRS and to the states of MN and WI.

Positive: The application was intuitive and easy to use. From entering data, saving, editing, printing and the final step reporting to the Regulatory Agencies primary the IRS and to the Revenue Dept for multiple states.

Negative: Hmmm, if this survey arrived in March, I may have had some comments, but right now, nothing stands out as being difficult or time consuming to resolve. I had not problems and everything went smoothy and reporting was completed well in advance of the deadlines.

Summary: What is best is the inexpensive cost, the fact I don’t have to worry about filling the forms. They make sure it’s done right

Positive: What a wonderful, inexpensive service. I have used this product for at least 5 years. It carries over my previous year information and all I’ve got to do is put in current year activity. All this for a inexpensive cost

Negative: I honestly have not found anything I dislike about this service.

Summary: This is an excellent service. It makes an obligatory task easy and fast. We will remain a satisfied customer.

Positive: We have only 20-30 1099s to produce, so using eFileMyForms makes a lot of sense. The import feature is great. They handle the rest. It's a pain free as possible. We've had to revise a few submissions and it's also easy to work through that process.

Negative: At times I have difficulty navigating to the screen that I want. If I used it more than one month of the year, perhaps this wouldn't be a problem.

Summary: Easy to use, data carries over year to year, filing is convenient and transparent. TIN check helps with compliance.

Positive: The software is easy to use, completed forms are easy to download. Pulling specific client data is easy.

Negative: Only one user account can be established per firm it would be helpful to add individual users

As a freelance accountant I use this app for several entities each year.

Negative: Over the years the step-by-step process has become easier, with better explanation on what the app is expecting from the user.

Summary: Overall experience was great, system was easy to use and the overall experience was satisfying and user friendly.

Positive: I like the ease of using the platform for all my w2 and 1099 forms every year to issue tax documents for my business.

Negative: I don’t have anything that I didn’t like for this section.
