Positive: What I love most about eFileMyForms is how remarkably easy it is to use. The interface is clean, uncluttered, and walks you through the entire filing process step-by-step. Negative: I wish there were more robust filtering tools in the history dashboard when trying to search through large batches of past years' filings. Also not a fan of the process for entering corrections.

Summary: We have been using TIN Check for over 10 years for new account processing and maintenance. This has enabled us to consistently process all our new accounts and meet our clients' SLAs.

Positive: Fast and reliable. We can process a lot more new accounts in a very timely manner and meet our SLAs.

Negative: Nothing negative to say. TINChecks just simply works for us.

Summary: The program is a help especially if you ever need to find a previous filing.

Positive: The system completes tax forms such as W-2s. The best thing is that the forms you file are saved and can be retrieved even a year later.

Negative: It is easy to find forms but hard to get to the place to print them

Negative: Unable to print a draft of the forms for review before purchasing.

Summary: eFileMyForms is a great option, and reasonably priced, if you're unable to create, file and distribute tax forms.

Positive: Once the data is uploaded, very simple to generate the required tax forms, request tax filing and have eFileMyForms distribute them.

Negative: The requirements of the data import file. Takes a lot of time configuring the information I export from our inhouse system before being able to upload it in a useable format. Would have hoped a simple xls file would be acceptable, useable to provide all of the necessary data.

Summary: ease of use, immediate TIN matching, ability to print out information, just an efficient product that I enjoy using.

Positive: I like that everything goes through a TIN check immediately. Errors are shown immediately. Easy to navigate.

Negative: I really don't have any complaints at this time with regard to the product. I do however think the pricing and billing periods could improve.

Summary: overall, it is a great tool for vendor management verification and it helps with 1099 reporting as the goal is to get as little IRS letters during tax season about not matching EIN records

Positive: Does a really good job of verifying EIN and SSN for vendor management. Giving it a 70% threshold helps with spelling and or naming conventions to verify if there is a match with IRS records.

Negative: Whenever the IRS portal/verification system is down, you are the mercy of the IRS when this gets fixed. From time to time, the portal will hang as if loading when you hit submit, but it just sits there and it does not load the request. You will need to close and log back in and resubmit the request.

Summary: The best valued support for all the year end form filing and mailing for our small businesses! Thanks you for the service.

Positive: EFileMyForms has been a great discovery for my small businesses for years. We never have to determine the best value in submitting the year end forms like 1099-INT or 1099-NEC. It's easy, a great value and trusted. Thank you for the many years of support!

Negative: Maybe a few more menu options to more easily access the filed forms would be helpful. I have always been able to find the forms, but a consolidated list with the recipient and the amounts would be great!

Summary: Overall, this is a decent product for my needs. I’m always on the lookout for new innovations, but I haven’t found another option that suits me better. I understand that no product will ever be perfect.

Positive: It is easy to use, intuitive, and streamlined, making it simple for anyone to get started right away. I train new employees, and this product requires very little instruction. I can walk them through it once, and they are able to use it confidently on their own.

Negative: I am not satisfied with the updated print format. The print is extremely small and difficult to read. Additionally, the system can be very unreliable and tends to go down during critical times, which creates unnecessary delays and frustration.

Summary: It is fine so far to use this platform to process different tax forms for my clients. I would continue to use it.

We've used it for multiple filing cycles without any significant issues, which is really what matters most. If you're looking for a reliable solution for 1099 processing and filing, it's definitely worth considering.

Positive: We've been using 1099 Pro for a while now and it's worked well for us. It handles the filing process pretty smoothly, and importing data is straightforward once you get used to it. During busy tax season, it's nice to have something that's reliable and doesn't require a lot of extra effort to get forms prepared and submitted. Overall, it's been a dependable tool for our team.

Negative: The software could use a more modern look and feel. Sometimes it takes a few extra clicks to find what you're looking for, and new users may need a little time to learn their way around. Nothing major, just a few areas that could be more user-friendly.

Summary: So far, pretty impressed with the software in general. I do plan on printing and mailing myself but maybe in time, I can utilize the Sovos team to do it all for me.

Positive: I used the desk top version prior to the cloud version. I was able to upload previous data into the cloud super easy, and I've been able to navigate around with ease. I did have to reach out to the support team one time and was amazed at the response time, very quick and my issue was resolved.

Negative: The format is different from the desk top version; just took some time to get used to the new format and figure out where things are. Change is hard sometimes, but I feel pretty confident I'll have no issues with processing 1099's/W-2 for my company.

Summary: Will definitely use SOVOS for 2026 for the ease of use and now that i know how the system works, it should be easier the second time around.

Positive: SOVOS made it easy to validate all vendor information to ensure proper filing and reduce IRS notices.

Negative: communication sometimes lacked when reaching out to SOVOS and considering filing deadlines, responses to issues were late and not a priority for SOVOS.
