Summary: I have been using efile for over five years and have found nothing that I would change to. I check other products at the start of the year.

Positive: Easy to use for multiple companies.
Easy to find documents for people who have lost theirs.
Easy to find prior years documents.

Negative: Nothing really. It has the feathers I need and can work for all of my client companies.

Summary: Easy, simple, trustworthy. I don't have to worry about my information after using the product. If there are any mistakes I make they are always on top of things for me.

Positive: The Products are simple to us and the instructions are in great layman terms which is good for a small business person and not tech savvy person!

Negative: Ha, well for me it is always the cost. I feel it is a bit pricey.

Summary: overall good. This website does everything that I require. It is great with checking EIN's and all backgrounds for vendors.

Negative: I do not really have any cons except for when the website is down.

Summary: The overall process was great and we felt it was streamlined for getting setup initially to filing the actual forms. The import process was very easy and didn't require a lot of extra work. We had a minor delay in getting some of the confirmation information for the filing itself; however, that was minor given the library of efiling the system allowed.

Negative: We needed the IRS confirmation number of filing for reporting reasons. We had to ask specifically for this and the support team didn't seem to know what we were asking for at first. Some systems provide this with confirmation of acceptance out of hand.

Summary: It was a great experience. Definitely a great product. I used it multiple times during the day and it's easy to use.

Positive: We have used Tin Check for quite a while, and I must say it is a great product. I highly recommend it.

Negative: I cannot think of anything negative to say it's a great product.

Summary: My overall experience with Sovos has been positive. I have used it weekly for less than six months, so I am still learning some of the more advanced functionality. For the compliance-related tasks I have worked with, it has been reliable and has helped reduce manual effort. The platform has a broad set of capabilities, although usability could be improved in a few areas.

Positive: Sovos has been helpful for managing tax and compliance-related processes in a more organized and automated way. I like that the platform brings multiple compliance functions together and reduces some of the manual work involved in tracking requirements. The reporting and automation capabilities are useful, especially when working with recurring compliance tasks.

Negative: There is a learning curve when you first start using the platform, and some parts of the interface could be more intuitive. Certain workflows take a little time to understand, especially if you only use the product weekly rather than every day. More straightforward navigation and documentation would improve the experience.

Summary: Overall, the product is solid, the platform is easy to navigate. Even with cost escalations over the years the cost remains competitive.

Positive: We have used the product since 2013. The platform is easy to use, the returns are accurate and a huge time savings.

Negative: Over the years the cost has crept up. Overall though, still a good value.

Positive: I was comparing a few different options to file my company's 1099's and then stumbled upon eFileMyForms.
It offered everything I was looking for.
It took minutes to figure out the interface and the system and within minutes I did what I needed to do.

Summary: I found this product on a Google search and so glad I did. Was having a hard time finding the 1099 forms that I needed to purchase, even on Amazon. I logged on and used it for my 2 types of 1099 forms. I thought I was going to end up having to file late and pay a penalty because I'd have to order from the IRS but EFileMyForms saved me the trouble and cost!

Positive: Very simple to use.
Got my forms filed quite a bit cheaper than I could buy the forms, print and mail myself, without all the hassle.

Negative: My only con would have to be that I didn't find this product earlier when I was filing W-2s!

Summary: Good service that we have been using for 10+ years. It allows us to quickly find accounts with bad TINs so we can correct the numbers before our 1099s go out. Our TIN numbers are accurate and we have never had a fine because of wrong numbers.

Positive: You can upload a file to have a large number of TINs checked at one time. We use this feature during 1099 season. We get a detailed report back quickly (usually in a few hours). The report tells us if any TIN has an error and what the error is. It is easy to upload the file. You can also check TINs one at a time, which we use when onboarding.

Negative: Nothing I can think of. The product works as expected and is easy to use.

Summary: I've been using for over a decade. I have multiple entities. Each entity needs to issue a couple of year end documents. The website is easy to use and the status updates are great. Also love the TIN check feature.

Positive: Very easy to use. Great if you have multiple entities. I love that I get email updates throughout the process so I always know where my forms are in the process. The TIN check feature is great. I don't have to worry about violations and penalties due to names and TINs not matching.

Negative: I really have no complaints. The software works as advertised.

Summary: I use every year to mail out 1099-nec for my clients. It is easy and reasonably priced. I like the idea the forms go to the federal and state and to the client. I also can print copies to mail.

Positive: It is easy to create 1099NEC to mail to my client on eFileMyForms. I have many clients that need to get their contractors 1099NEC forms. I can file multiple forms from different clients. It is a breeze.

Negative: I have no issue with eFileMyForms. I love using it makes my job easier during tax season. I use to use pdffiler but now i use eFileMyForms.

Summary: Easy access, but expensive. Enables access via API, which allows me to use automation and vibe coding.

Positive: Easy to integrate using API. It is really good when a service provider enables the usage of a platform via API, enabling easy automation.

Negative: Can be expensive on bulk. Using the free trial is ok, but according to pricing, it can be too expensive for bulk check

Summary: The experience was ahead of its time and it allowed for preparation on my part. That's priceless and gives me the flexibility to put my resources in order.

Positive: I really liked the To check experience but especially that it has evolved to getting ahead of giving you an alert well before you need it. This allows for the experience to be seamless - as you can now do everything online - and not have to find out that you've lost your befits when you need them.

Negative: The follow up was lacking. I didn't get a resolution email.

Summary: Overall the system is quick and efficient to use and the costs of doing these forms is excellent. I would recommend this company to any business owner that needs to file any of these forms .

Positive: I have used your product for many years now and find it to be easy to use overall.
I love that fact that all my previous years filing for my clients are always there if I need to reprint them. This is much better than creating the forms and printing and filing them with the IRS and mailing to recipients. The time it takes to process them is only minutes.

Negative: The only con I would say is the flow of creating a recipients form to adding them to the cart and then going back to print if I don’t choose to have them mailed. But maybe that’s just a “me” problem.
