Positive: eFileMyForms has been my go-to for many years for my 1099 reporting. And I tell everyone about it that needs an easy 1099 processing app. It's more than 1099s but that is my use. It is very affordably priced to have the app handle the mailing and filing. Importing the data and mapping the fields is a breeze. As a freelance accountant I use this app for several entities each year.

Negative: Over the years the step-by-step process has become easier, with better explanation on what the app is expecting from the user.

Summary: Overall experience was great, system was easy to use and the overall experience was satisfying and user friendly.

Positive: I like the ease of using the platform for all my w2 and 1099 forms every year to issue tax documents for my business.

Negative: I don’t have anything that I didn’t like for this section.

Positive: eFileMyForms software: No printing and reprinting forms like you do if processing in house. The ease of printing ER forms is awesome and not having to handle the mail part is great too. The per item cost is competitive with other software but I found the menus and instructions to move through the software is much more user friendly.

Negative: Reset of your password is cumbersome if it works.

Summary: Overall, this product makes my job a lot easier than it could be for a novice. I strongly recommend this product for new users.

Positive: As a newly elected officer in my church I find this product to be excellent when it comes to tax time. The easy steps make it possible to perform my job with no hitches.

Negative: I have nothing that I could consider a con when using this product.

Summary: Again, since this process is something I only need to complete once yearly, I need the consistency of not having to 're-learn' usage. Effective and Efficient is what I look for in a product.

Positive: Ease of use and consistency of process. I do not have time to constantly 're-learn' how to use a product, especially one so crucial to required business functions. Thank you for keeping this simple!

Negative: I have not found any cons to using this product. I need efficiency and effectiveness in the products for my business purposes. I do not use products more than once if they prove to be too complex, hard to administer, difficult to access or apply. Time is of the essence for me as an entrepreneur running my own business as the primary person in charge.
Time = money and I appreciate products that take this into consideration.

Summary: I have been using efilemyforms for many years for several companies. I like that it stores my information and I don't have to re-enter it every year. Everything is done quickly and they notify me when the forms get sent out. I can print reports quickly.

Positive: Stores my historical data and recipients! Easy to print reports of my filings. It tracks multiple companies and recipients.

Negative: Could be easier to do several at once instead of adding one each time.

Summary: This system operates precisely as represented. I have used it for 8 years and have never had a problem. The product is also very cost effective

Negative: I haven't noticed any missing or confusing data entry requirements of the system.

Overall experience has been positive for our use case after the initial ramp-up period.

Positive: Sovos does an excellent job handling complex multi-jurisdiction tax determination and e-invoicing requirements. The integrations with SAP and NetSuite work reliably, the determination engine is accurate, and the support team is knowledgeable when you need deep tax expertise. Once configured, it significantly reduces manual work and audit risk for large transaction volumes.

Negative: The interface can feel dated and complex for day-to-day users. Implementation and ongoing configuration require significant effort and specialized knowledge. Positive: eFileMyForms makes it easy to send W-2s to my contractors. The price is exactly the price point I am looking for as a very small business.

Positive: Simple site and easy to navigate! Though I only need the site for my purposes once a year, it is so easy to come back to year after year!

Summary: My overall experience has been very positive. I run a musical group ranging from 1 to 18 members. It has allowed me to add or delete names as the situation calls.

Positive: The user friendly software use. Lead you to stay in focus and doesn't overtask you with theoretical questions.

Negative: I got frustrated at times with adding and deleting customers. I had to watch the user's video a couple of time to understand what it was all about.

Summary: Great product! I will use every year rather than paying a CPA to do the same thing and charge me!!!!

Positive: easy to navigate the website. I barely knew what I was doing and it was pretty simple to set up for 1099-ing our contracted employees. Prices were very fair to mail them the documents instead of me!

A year later i went back to find something and it was easy to find it.

Positive: I had used a different online system last year to file my 1099's. It was an absolute headache to do an amendment. So, this year, I tried eFileMyForms. It was so easy to use! I had all my 1099's uploaded and processed in a fraction of the time I'd needed for the prior year on the other system. I liked it so much, I also used it for my church's 1099 filings this year.

Negative: Nothing. It was super easy to use and saved me a lot of time.
