Summary: We will continue to use eFileMyForms as a great solution for our clients who need to issue 1099NEC's.

Positive: Have been using eFileMyForms for years as an add-on service to our tax clients. Their system is super easy to navigate, and printing copies to provide to clients who need to issue 1099NEC's, is very straightforward. Lots of options and pricing is very affordable.

Negative: This may just be me, but I cannot see a way to delete old accounts.

Summary: Overall experience I give this two thumbs up. Makes this yearly filing experience an easy process. Good stuff.

Positive: E Files My Forms makes my yearly filing of freelance workers super easy. Remembers all the info of past 1099’ers and handles all the filings mailings for a great price.

Negative: None. They make it easy. Can’t think of any cons with this platform.

Summary: I would highly recommend Eforms. I have been using it for my business for years and it is very user friendly, cost effective and overall a great product.

Positive: Very easy to use. I tend to not like products that are labor intensive to figure out, or that I have to spend a lot of time on but this one checks the boxes on that.

Negative: No real cons. The price is right and I have never had any issues.

Summary: Amazing, as a contractor and as someone who paid people to help with my work this was a gift to use.

Positive: This is super simple and easy to use, especially after doing a redesign of their site in the last couple of years. Everything is simple and info is saved from the previous year as well.

Negative: Honestly, just that I don't need to use it more. I have little issue using this for 1099s each year.

Summary: I never have issues using this program. It sends all the information out for me all I have to do is enter the new data each year and the rest is a breeze.

Positive: It is easy to navigate and input information for yearly filing. It is cost effective and keeps the data from previous years.

Negative: Simplistic design seems a little old school but it is still effective.

If you're a finance or compliance team that needs TIN validation embedded in an existing system rather than run as a standalone lookup, it's a solid fit. Some polish on the UI and docs would make it better, but the underlying service has been dependable.

Positive: TIN/name match results are consistently accurate, which matters when a mismatch means holding up a merchant's onboarding. The API was straightforward to wire into our Salesforce-based ISO onboarding and underwriting process — we call it as part of the merchant verification step and get back a clean, parseable response without a lot of custom middleware. Having the validation happen inside the workflow instead of as a separate manual lookup saved our team a real amount of time per file.

Negative: The web interface feels dated compared to the API behind it, and the integration documentation could be more detailed — we worked through a few things by trial and error rather than finding them documented.

Summary: overall it was fast and easy to get set up and get paid, i thought it was great i didnt have any extra or unnecessary fees. was paid quickly and easy, straight into my account

Summary: Great experience and repeat user. Due to being able to import information and carryover prior year information it makes the process that more efficient and easy to use.

Positive: Wonderful product. Very easy to use with substantially no training. Beginners can pick this up on their own and comply with Internal Revenue Service reporting requirements.

Negative: Little to nothing. Due to our organization policies, our internal IT had to help assist on the install. Otherwise everything would have been done on our own.

Positive: The easy of use and efficiency. Reporting and documentation that is provided during and after filing. The ability to verify TINS in advance at a reasonable cost.

Negative: There is nothing I do not like about the process.

Summary: I am satisfied with their products overall. They are my go to for my yearly filings. They also update their IRS changes so you don't have to worry about that part of your filings.

Positive: I am the treasurer for my company and annually I am required to file 1098-T for our students, 1099s for our vendors and ACA Reporting to the IRS, eFileMyForms as always been my reliable source to file these forms accurately and in a timely manner to the IRS. They recently added tin verifications which really helps to prevent additional fines from the IRS if we file incorrect tin numbers.

Negative: Sometimes it took a little extra navigating to figure out certain services on the website, and how the website don't share their contact number until you start a chat help first and the bot can't help you.
