Summary: I needed help with activating my account and learning how the software worked and the support agent Abdul M, was both fast and effective with helping me learning the platform and activating it.

Positive: Fast support.

Negative: I honestly cant say anything negative about this service, i got exactly the help i needed to get started fast and effectively. I would strongly recommend this service to any business person that is in need of their products and services.

Summary: I have just started (on November 4, 2021) so only thing I can praise is the attention from support. It was very important.

Positive: I have never called yet.But I like the idea of having a US Cell phone number at a good price.

So far support has been great.

Unfortunately I have not used my phone number yet and nobody has called me to that number so far.
I just called to my number yesterday, November 4, 2021 and I was very glad to see in my iPhone screen my US Number calling me. That is exactly what I needed.
My Bank In the US told me that it was imperative that I get a US Cell Number. That is why I needed this number.

Negative: So far... Nothing at all. I will have to wait a little longer in order to be able to answer this particular box.

Positive: 1) The process of verifying each client like me is outstanding.
2) Verifying address and individual using the utility bill and ID proof is done with in 4 hrs.

Negative: Debit cards are not getting accepted for payment.

Summary: I was struggling between switching the sim every time I was to receive a call from my work (from outside the country). Having Sonetel for such effective prices is really helpful.

Positive: Having an alternate number for such effective prices makes it easy for contacting my team out of country.

Negative: None. But one nice upgrade on retaining the number for longer period could be helpful. As, at times, the number isn't used for a month while using applications like Teams.

Summary: Recommended. I don't think there's any other provider at this price point.

Positive: Really loved the customer support. UI is pretty simple and the solution is very cost-effective.

Negative: Should allow to register on WhatsApp with the Virtual Number, Can be deal-breaker for some people.

Summary: So far, it's great that I can have a US-based number for 2 euros a month. I am hoping it will work when I travel to the US and have to use it to make calls.

Positive: their support responds fast, they solved some issues for him, are professional, the cheapest option to have a US-based number, verification codes went through to my email, although for some it took a few minutes

Negative: I tested the system and my phone calls didn't go through, but they still charged me saying they did, their app isn't the easiest to navigate and could be improved

Summary: another thing, i still dont know why they suspended my account. i was able to recover it

Positive: easy to communicate, you can call anyone in all over the world, i usually call from argentina to united states

Negative: my account usually logs out after a few weeks and i dont receive calls, there is no way to know if my account is active in my cell or not.

Summary: Product offered are ok, can be made good with the addition of features and convenience of usability on different platforms.
