Summary: Great experience working with the customer service team but the website itself could use some improvement

- Phone number verification was done a via a phone call that cut off mid call
- Website continually told me I didn't have internet service but it was an issue with Sonetel website

Summary: Generally speaking, it's a good app to use. It's clear and easy to use. And it's very helpful. I would recommend this app to my friends.

Positive: It's easy to use. It has offer many options. And the price is good. It's very helpful for small business company.

Negative: I confront the issue to refill my account. And then I have to send e-mail and ask for help.

Positive: I was sceptical in the beginning but my customer service representative was extremely helpful before and after the financial transaction. I would most definitely recommend this service to my friends and family

Summary: Once you are signed up and registered, the post sale service is excellent.
Overall service and concept is excellent. i especially like the fact that SMS messages can be sent you via e-mail, so at least you get them.

Positive: Service post sale is very good, once you are registered. The requirements with sending copied of documents is a little cumbersome, but once done, the service is excellent.

Negative: Web site is a little slow and difficult, and not too clear, and this makes it difficult to comply with all requirements for registration. In addition there is no availability to contact anyone by telephone in oder to determine how to finish registration, only be e-mail. Suggest a tel number one could call to get assistance

Summary: I was bit discouraged initially as found website difficult to navigate. However the service center staff is awesome and they quickly resolved the issues.

Positive: 1. Customer support staff displays high empathy and resolves the issues quickly.

Negative: 1. It may take a while for one to figure out how to navigate through the website and set up the account.

Summary: A very useful tool for those who require a virtual phone number of any country. Very convenient facility of call forwarding for incoming calls.

Negative: App functionality needs to be improved.
Premium plans pricing needs to be reduced.
Occasional internet connectivity issues while using app.

Summary: I use Sonetel to be able to have a USA phone number while being abroad in Central America, which was not possible with prepaid SIM cards that don't have roaming outside the USA (except Canada, Mexico, etc).
So far Sonetel has performed beyond my expectations & I'm happy with the service.

Positive: I found the initial setup to be very easy & the process to get your new phone number working was very smooth. After initial setup the functions of receiving/making calls & SMS was what I expected & haven't found any issues so far.

Negative: Since this is a virtual phone number in the USA, I can't use apps like WhatsApp to communicate.

Summary: The app provides all functions I need for operating my account and using the service with just my mobile phone.

Positive: I like the neat design of the app, and that it offers all functions I need to operate my virtual number, from call forwarding to making international and local calls at lower rates. For companies, it should be useful for communication among people working in different countries.

Negative: At the beginning, it took some time to figure out how to work around.

Summary: Overall my experience is satisfactory and peaceful. Especially Annu has helped a lot to understand the plan and pricing structure, I would highly recommend them.

Positive: Sonetel has been instrumental in helping us acquire international numbers for the UK and the US. The services are exceptional, and the support provided by ANU is excellent. I find Sonetel to be both reliable and highly helpful. Their customer service is responsive, and the entire process has been smooth from start to finish. Highly recommend!

Summary: Good, sufficient for what I'm looking for. The only comment I have is that sometimes the App doesn't connect calls so I end up using the Web version. Otherwise it works well!

Positive: It works well. Service is good. I like that they send emails with the script and audio of voicemails - it reminds me to call back clients.

Negative: The only con is that it works better on Web than on the App.

Summary: I found it in a Google Search a year ago and I have been using since. It allows me respond phone calls when travel and working abroad.

Positive: It is a very helpful service when traveling abroad , it is secure and offer the customer service responds quickly.

Negative: The do what they offer nothing more nothing less.

Negative: App needs some improvements, but nothing a deal breaker. Would be nice to have sms on the app rather than routed to email.

Summary: Overall I have been impressed with customer service. For example the verification process was easy and good communication throughout the initial stages of employing Sonetel’s services.

Positive: I received quick responses to my email queries regarding log on issues. The answers were thorough and professional.

Negative: The link to reset your password didn’t work - however the support to fix it was solid.
