    Summary: All in all, this is a great CRM software especially if you are a new small business because you can start out with the FREE package that they offer with the ability to add unlimited users and you're just limited by some of the features. We have implemented this is in our organization for about the past year and are still using the free version and it has been working great!

    Positive: Hubspot offers a free lifetime no strings attached CRM software which will allow you to do *MOST* of what you would want to do for staying in touch with customers and they do a great job at that, if you want more features then you'd have to upgrade.

    Negative: The software itself works fantastic, I really have no complaints about the software itself it works consistently well, while they do offer a free version, I wish that they would allow a free trial of some of the premium packages and have more upfront information on pricing.

    Summary: HubSpot CRM has been magnificent software for our real estate company, mainly because we integrate new properties to our property listings in this real estate company on a monthly basis, and this platform has been key to controlling all the negotiations we constantly catalyze with clients. I have loved this platform a lot, mainly because it helps me a lot to retain clients, to make various offers so that they agree to buy our properties, in addition, we have also been able to offer the real estate services that we offer in this company through this platform. In addition, this platform connects seamlessly with our ad campaign system, so every client that has been obtained during each ad campaign is immediately and automatically transferred to this CRM system, and we receive a suitcase and a half when this happens, to be able to talk with the potential client immediately, I really love being able to refer this client of the advertising campaign to their CRM system, in addition, this platform also has an excellent connection with social networks, therefore, each client that is obtained through social networks, I have also transferred the contacts from HubSpot CRM. I am very happy with the general results to the bearer so far, this platform has managed to make it easier for you to have more profits every year, in addition, it has provided us with a very easy system to control negotiations in real time with the collaboration of several of our real estate agents.

    Positive: HubSpot CRM is the special platform to generate various negotiations with potential customers, with the help of this platform you can handle all kinds of negotiations very well, and it is also an excellent way to retain customers in your company. The things I don't like about this platform were:

    1.- This tool is completely free, therefore, that is one of the main things I like about this platform, that I can carry out all kinds of negotiations, acquire new clients, monitor the negotiation, and register all kinds of contacts without the need Apart from paying additional fees, I love being able to use this platform for free, plus the entire sales team and all employees in the company will be able to access the features of this platform for free.

    2.- I love the storage capacity that this platform has, since it can store many contacts within it, I can store all kinds of clients, store negotiations in the cloud without any type of limit, the platform capable of storing all those negotiation data, It is to store up to more than 500,000 contacts and store all messages sent or received with customers during each negotiation. I really love that this deck has such good storage.

    3.- Another of the things that I like about this platform is that it has a lot of live TV, it allows me to communicate with each client that has already registered as a potential client within the platform, it allows me to have all kinds of requirements that they have clients during the negotiation process, in addition, it provides direct communication with the client, which ensures that I never lose communication with the client.

    4.- It has excellent connectivity with all the inbox or mail tray that you did today. This is great because if we have acquired any leads through our email inbox, we can easily transfer that lead contact to this CRM platform, this connection is great and helps us to transfer all these lead contact details to the CRM platform easily.

    5.- I also love that this platform is capable of allowing me to create all kinds of promotions, offers on the services or properties that I have in my company. Every time a property is on a price reduction, I can register that offer reduction within the platform and have a monitor of how much time is left until that offer ends. This function is very important since it helps us create very attractive offers for for customers.

    Negative: Currently I don't have any kind of complaint regarding this platform, it has worked wonderfully in its version for computers and in its version for mobile devices, in addition, the registration process of new leads, the registration process of contacts and the storage in the cloud of all types of contracts without limits has left me really impacted, I consider that I currently have no type of complaint with that platform, I have been using it for more than three years for my company to be able to handle all the property negotiations that we carry out monthly, and never had any type of problem, I have always been able to have a consolidated communication with all the clients.

    Summary: Overall, i have been pleased with the features that HubSpot CRM provides, i think that they have come a long way and there is great continued growth potential. It is probably a service that i will continue to use on and on.

    Positive: I mostly have used HubSpot CRM with my Gmail program. The software integrates seamlessly with this platform and i am able to save contacts and conversations very easily.
    Following up on leads and remembering what still needs to be done is made simple by HubSpot CRM!

    Negative: Not as fully featured as i would have liked. It would be nice if the CRM was also had something built in for some project management tasks and workflows.
