    Positive: As we are working remotely in the cloud integrations between our systems is Key. Their integrations with key software solutions for our business has made the transition and use of HubSpot great.

    Negative: Cost. The per user cost can be a bit much, but they do offer some great value on the free tier. Just wish the jump wasn't as costly to use the full package.

    Summary: Overall its a package of ERP which can be integrated with CRM, MIS & Accounting functionality. It helps in managing the customers in systematic manners and able to track the transactions (financial or products) and provide all the new notifications vide SMS and emails which can be customized as per the campaign and can provide enough information to the executives and management for their decision making.

    Positive: For managing the organization with customer relationships and to manage their purchase history, their transactions, their communications with the sales executives, there is always a requirement of a tool which can record all these systematically. HubSpot CRM has this module well integrated with the support team. It store all the related data of customers and their products, purchases, etc. and can be distributed among the sales staff who coordinated in past. Very well reporting structure and auto Notifications is commendable.

    Negative: CRM module includes every aspect of the customer data but there is some fields which should be customized as per the business requirements. That can be added in the master list and with definite text structure to avoid the manual entries. Mobile version should be enhanced for additional data entry if required.

    Summary: We're baked in and it would be hard to imagine work without HubSpot now, we use all of the services to manage our SaaS Users but we still had to do a bit of custom work to get our backend to migrate.

    We love it though but see a value in upgrading some tools to be more specialized.

    - Learning Modules
    - Chat Help
    - Dashboards for reports
    - API's to integrate our backend

    Negative: - Not as customizable as I'd like
    - Custom Reporting is not as simple as I'd like to see

    Summary: Overall, HubSpot is in my Top 3 for CRMs. With a price tag of FREE and a multitude of features designed for smooth tracking, it's got some of the most potential to be the most outstanding CRM of its time.

    Positive: The CRM software connects directly to Marketing and Sales and since its free, you can't beat the price tag! HubSpot also lets you view your Entire pipeline! Wow huh? And the mack daddy of them all? HubSpot keeps logs of each connection to your contacts or "prospects" which allows you to see what fits or needs a little revamping.

    Negative: If you used another software prior to using HubSpot, it can be difficult to track those records or integrate them into the system software. It's a newer program so growing pains are still very much present. There isn't as much customization or wiggle room as I've seen with other CRMs.
