    Summary: It’s pretty easy to use and get going with. It’s free so there’s no sacrifice for trying it out except for time.

    Positive: It’s 100% free to use the basic CRM features. It also integrates with every other software I use.

    Negative: The biggest con for me has been that to get access to the premium features it’s a pretty steep climb. Going from free to x dollars a month and a minimum number of seats is a pretty steep next step, financially.

    Summary: I think HubSpot CRM is great for small teams as well as big ones. I has suitable pricing options and features that can serve both. Although it can get a bit expensive, I believe it helps.

    Positive: - The user interface is intuitive and it's easy to get it up and running in no time.
    - The email automation and integration features are really amazing in comparison to it's peers.
