    Summary: Extremely happy with the platform, even in starting out at the free tier before I really grew my audience.

    Positive: It's got literally everything that you could want in an easy-to-use platform... and they're always making updates. I like the website chat because I can catch leads and email them in bulk at a later point — plus assign these leads to particular team members.

    Negative: They are making all sorts of UI updates all of the time, but the design was a bit dated and difficult to navigate.

    Summary: We use HubSpot to keep track of the tour request leads that come through our schools' websites, those leads are then tracked throughout their admissions and enrollment process, right up until they are enrolled in our Learning Management System. HubSpot makes it so seamless and easy. After the initial set-up of templates and automations, it does all the work for us.

    Positive: Super easy integrations with nearly any platform (for us in education, connection to Learning Management Systems and parent communication systems). Customer service is awesome, we call all the time with questions and get personal attention.

    Negative: It can be a bit beastly at first - we spent lots of time on the phone with customer service to get set up. Some things are not located in as straight-forward of locations as you would expect.

    Summary: HubSpot has quickly become the sales backbone that runs the operations. I wouldn't know how to keep up without it.

    Positive: HubSpot integrates well with other applications.
    The interface is mostly intuitive.
    There's a freemium model, giving users enough time to figure out if the solution works for the business over time. It's a grow-as-you-go solution, very fair.

    Negative: I don't like that there isn't a "add / new" button that is universal.
    For example, I have to go to Deals or Contacts or Companies, etc. first before I can choose the "add new" function. If I want to create multiple deals for different companies, I need to jump back-and-forth in the navigation a lot to do this. A simple "add new" with a drop-down would help.

    Hubspot Gets it All in One Spot!

    Summary: Overall working with Hubspot is always a great experience. They are friendly supportive and helpful. They don't have success unless their customers do and they embody that. Very pleased.

    Positive: Love that we already use Marketing hub and CMS, then brought our CRM over from Salesforce due to high maintenance costs of outdated customizations on Salesforce. Hubspot assigned a manager to help us manage the move and he did an excellent job with understanding our needs and applying them to the cut-over.

    Negative: The CRM doesn't have an app for quotes connected to placing orders in Big Commerce (they have one for Shopify) so we can' manage or see our deals pipeline in Hubspot.

    Summary: Overall my experience has been great. From the folks, we worked with to get on the start-up plan to the application itself we have had a great experience as a start-up.

    Positive: Hubspot offers a ton of API integration, a robust product offering, and the price is very reasonable. I enjoy the email client, scheduling, marketing, and the traditional funnel. One of my favorite applications and I work out of it daily.
