Summary: We primarily use HubSpot for marketing and managing our website. HubSpot provides us with all the tools we need to easily track customers. HubSpot also provides us with what we need to change the site quickly and easily. I have recommended HubSpot to several people. Since 2019, other than working at HubSpot, I have had no other pleasant experiences. Your plan makes my work at Ssdigitalco easier and more enjoyable.
Positive: I really like how easy it is to use HubSpot email. I have sent many emails and am very happy to be able to use this easy to use program. Tracking leads is very easy. I like how HubSpot tracks the location and time of leads on your website. It helps me know where we are in the sales process. HubSpot makes managing my website very easy. I have little experience in web maintenance and don't understand computer code, so it is very easy to use the HubSpot program, because I don't need a website background and I think you do, because they can provide anyone with everything that can be done normally.
Negative: I can't think of anything right now. HubSpot has been improving their program, which is awesome from an end user perspective.

Summary: We were able to get the analytics and data into one blog which is really new in our market as we had to manage each blog individually and it made our work a bit tiring. We can achieve a clean way to create important content thanks to the tools that this software has provided us since we started using it, this is one of our favorite features points. We have included the best proposal of work thanks to HubSpot, due to the high ease of use and high performance that it gives us. The technical support is amazing and fast. We have come to integrate this tool with many options and we are delighted to have HubSpot in our portfolio.
Positive: The customer service on this platform is incredibly fast, whenever we have a problem the team is on top of it so they can fix it. It has many excellent options for working with calls to action, which you have made available to us several split tests on how we set them up. The webinars that HubSpot provides us with for learning are amazing.
Negative: Despite being a very complete tool it lacks an eCommerce platform that can integrate with these digital marketing tools. In knowledge base there is too much information which can be useful, but sometimes it is not specific enough for the job. something simple like bullets or indentations are little configurable when editing some kind of internal blog.

Negative: The reports and analysis we do with the software are very basic and do not allow us to modify or customize them as much as we would like, so if we want to compare some specific data we have to do it manually.
