Summary: I use it to see what rewards I have available at stores and it is easy!

Positive: I like that I can check my rewards at multiple stores in one place.

Negative: I don't like that the rewards screen isnt the home screen.

Summary: Excellent.... glad it's offered. I am a more loyal customer. I will shop there before another store that doesn't offer Fivestars.

Positive: Love getting bonus deals and bonuses. Also like earning points for more deals and savings.

Negative: Nothing. Very easy to use. There is nothing wrong with it.

Summary: I always earn enough points almost every visit to get money off my order, and I can stay up to date. So overall I like this program

Positive: I’m always getting reminders, and updates about sales, coupons, and $$ off.
It really helps out when getting my daughters new clothes

Negative: I did not have anything against this program, I think its perfect for what it offers

Summary: I love this system! It’s fantastic and makes me feel like I’m INVESTING my money spent on things (You get free items after spending a certain amount of money!). I find the system to be reasonable and WORTH it and I’ve already enjoyed many FREE items/meals/etc...with my purchases and birthdays by now!

Positive: Getting FREE items after making a certain number of purchases at my favorite places!

Negative: Having to spend up to $100 first before a free item is available.

Summary: It’s been very nice for the reminders of the savings and rewards.

Positive: I like being able to earn rewards. And the reminders of the savings are a great feature.

Negative: None. I have found no problems with this software.

Summary: Love receiving points with fivestar! The more I shop, the more I save! Who diss t need that digital friend who keeps you informed of events you may have missed on your own! Thank you five star for keeping me in the loop all the time!!!

Positive: Five star is like magic!! Thinking about dropping by your fave boutique for a little retail therapy? No need to worry five star has your back with the hottest deals, savings, coupons and events that keeping you looking great for less!! Your fave store is also having their one year anniversary this weekend...five star to the rescue!! So you don’t miss those free swag bags!

Negative: Yeah right!!! NONE!! So easy to use, just requires your phone number than the rest is history! Or instant savings. Shall I say!!!!

Summary: Overall big fan of this over over a card for each please I go to in town. I love that tons of places in Chico use it!

Positive: I like that I don’t always have to have a punch card to gain rewards. Environmentally friendly and more convenient.

Negative: I can’t think of any cons besides maybe it might not be as cost effective as punch cards, but I have never worked anywhere with one so that is just an assumption which could be incorrect.

Summary: I love saving money. At local retailers what better way than 5 star simple and easy. Put in your number get your savings coupons and more.

Positive: I like the text messages I receive with specials going on at the stores I like to shop at. Having those coupons available with just putting in my phone number is simple and easy. No cutting paper and no looking thru apps.

Negative: Nothing really I have had no real issues. Has been simple to use.

Summary: Overall I like that I can redeem free stuff. I like that where I use it, I am able to get a lot of points per visit and that I can use them at other places.

Positive: So far I’m really enjoying working towards free products. I like that I don’t have to use the points until I’m ready.

Negative: I wish there were more places I could collect points.

Summary: I just love it. Great system is easy to use. My experience so far has been great minor one small issue.

Positive: The reward points and dicounts are really helpful. I would recommend this to anyone quick and easy

Negative: Cant change my number on my account. Wish there was away to change it. Instead of having two accounts. I think it could be some minor improvement

Summary: A huge fan of having multiple spots in one account and the variety of ways in which I can earn points is fantastic.

Positive: Easy to use. Whether it is using my card or typing in my phone number the ease of use is unmatched. Being able to use the same rewards program at a variety of places is amazing.

Negative: Not more widespread. I wish more small businesses would adopt this product and let the app work for them.

Summary: My overall experience with FiveStars has been completely amazing. I have no complaints whatsoever

Positive: FiveStars is a very great app. I love the fact that I’m easily able to track the amount of points I have and I also love that it lets me know how many points I need before receiving my next award. Overall, it’s very convenient and I will continue to use FiveStars :)

Negative: I don’t have any cons regarding FiveStars. I know it will continue to be an amazing app and I’m pretty sure there are going to be even more features added. Excited to see what the future holds

Summary: We just moved and it helps us get to know the restaurants around here and what people think of them while also showing us deals and rewards.

Positive: It is very easy to use
There are lots of deals
It loads quickly

Negative: So far, I don’t have any cons for this app. It works well for what we use it for which is mainly just restaurant rewards.

Summary: Great experience haven’t had a issue. Just wish more stores used Fivestars

Positive: Like earning coupons and savings for stores I shop at that use Fivestars

Negative: I haven’t had any problems. I wish more stores would have this so I could earn more points with other stores I like

Summary: Very convenient app to use and have, it's simple and easy to use.

Positive: Sends me notifications to remind to redeem my rewards.

Negative: I have nothing at the moment, if something comes up I'll be sure to submit another review.
