Summary: I like the fivestars program because I can use my phone number to sign up with no passwords. It also sends me emails and text messages on current or future rewards I have. I like the text message updates on my rewards because it reminds me to use my rewards.

Positive: Easy to use.
Text messages.
Updates me all the time on savings or rewards.
No passwords.

Negative: Text messages can get a little long.
Design can be a little more memorable.

Negative: Just want more people to offer it in their stores

Summary: Superior service, affordable, and outstanding food. There is something for everyone!

Positive: This is my family's go-to place for kolaches. We pick some up every week. The staff is always friendly, the food is fresh, and the Fivestar rewards is the cherry on top! We love this place and after tasting many other kolaches, these are wTHE BEST!!!

Negative: Sometimes the line is really long, but it is worth the wait!

Negative: None I can think of at the moment.

Summary: Great idea, encourages me to build loyalty to certain places, restaurants, shops, etc, and makes me feel like I'm always getting an awesome deal. Being able to be welcomed with my name is always a plus too!

Positive: Love that I get rewards based on places I've visited, and it encourages me to keep going back to build brand loyalty. I appreciate being able to feel excited to "win" something each time I use this program!

Negative: No cons about this, I think overall it's a great product and I wish more of my favorite places in town used this!

Summary: Super helpful in assisting you get great deals in your area! Really like that notifications are sent via text. Highly recommended.

Negative: -Could not find a way to 'unsubscribe' from stores you no longer want notifications about

Summary: Amazingly easy to use and has an app to check points. I think it is great.

Positive: It’s probably the best rewards system in place today. No need for cards or anything and there’s always a reminder of putting in your phone number

Negative: Nothing really. Overall it is great. I can’t think of any cons.

Summary: Always fun and our family favorite yogurt place!!!

Positive: Always great service and they have chocolate gummy bears!!

Negative: One machine was not working which had my favorite flavor of cake batter.

Summary: I like it. Pretty simple and easy to use. And love how many local companies are on it making it easy to check out deals & redemptions.

Summary: Overall a good experience because because the store will have the Fivestar login right at their register so you can enter your phone number.

Positive: Fivestars is so easy! I use it at 2 of my favorite places and get rewarded with either free dessert, or a free pound of chicken at the butcher. All you have to do is enter your phone number and you get 1 point for ever dollar you spend. Very easy to start racking up points!

Negative: The only downfall is if using a mobile phone and you’re in a location without service it is hard to get your app to load and see your rewards.

Negative: Not many locations in hasting Michigan . Need more places available

Summary: it is a great app to use and gives coupons i can use right away.

Positive: i love i don’t have to carry a card and it offers lots of great coupons.

Negative: there not a lot of stores are using the app in many cities i visit and where i go.

Summary: easy, fluid, very few bugs. great interface, universal set up

Negative: literally nothing? it was buggy in the place that I went to today, but the cashier was able to input my phone number for me
