Summary: I like that I'm actually able to see how many points I have versus having to trust the store to tell me how many I have.

Positive: I like that it is easy to keep track of your own points.

Negative: It sends me more notifications than I care for, but I could easily turn them off.

Negative: There are no negatives what so ever I am please.

Summary: I’ve experienced free rewards in times of need. For instance, buy one get one free is awesome because it results in me to have backup items for special occasions.

Positive: I like how we earn points per dollar because it’s almost similar to a rebate-like deal! You can earn points and it is beneficial for future savings and rewards

Negative: Sometimes the expiration dates are inconvenient with my schedule. And some of the stores don’t always register with the system. By this I mean that the dealers (shops) claim they’re not involved or very knowledgeable about the system. Therefore they’ll try to dodge the reward.

Summary: I like it. I’ve had no problems so far. I would recommend my friends using it.

Positive: I like be able to get rewards at places i shop normally.

Negative: I don’t like that it’s not at as many stores as it should be.

Summary: My experience overall I can generalize in it being convenient

Positive: Five stars is very convenient! I enter in my information and everything that I need pops up for me and that team that handles five star in their business

Negative: There’s nothing that I didn’t like about five stars

Positive: easy to use, simple design and setup, even gave me a birthday gift.

Negative: Doesn’t remember military status or create profile outside of just points

Summary: Great! Simple to use and no tech issues. As long as they are at the 1 place I shop then I will countinue using them

Positive: Very simple to use and dont have to carry a card or fob. I haven't lost any points or anything weird. Comes in handy when looking for a replacement vape or something catches my eye and short on funds.

Negative: No issues so far...would be nice to see them at more places...

Positive: Simple and easy to use. Very easy to comprehend and has all features you could ask for!

Negative: I don't have any cons for the program, however the fact that I need 50 characters for this instead of putting N/A I'd annoying

Negative: I found nothing wrong with this smoke shop, everything is just right

Summary: It's a great product and I really like not needing to carry around physical stamp cards. It also tells me whether shops near the one I'm currently at has deals, which is really useful. It's pretty great!

Positive: I love not needing to keep rewards on a physical stamp card. I also get emails for deals which is great!

Negative: Can't log in without a phone that can receive texts...

Summary: It’s a well done, well functioning, and great program overall! It works properly, and if you have any problems, you can find assistants who can take a look, and fix them! It’s a great program!

Positive: I save a lot of money when I shop at Fivestars sponsored stores (idk if that’s the proper title for that, so just bare with me on it) frequently!
The point systems make sense, and they work well!
It’s a solid, functional, system!
If you have any issues with program, someone will always help you out with your problems!

Negative: I have nothing negative to say about it! I have never ran into any problems with it!
