Summary: Teapresso Hilo is absolutely the best boba in Hilo... I've visited other Teapressos and the Hilo location stands head and shoulders above the rest. It is always a pleasant and consistent experience... and the flavors... their drinks, AMAZING! I'm nearly a daily regular... somedays more than one visit!

Negative: Parking can be a bit tight... but service is quick, so it normally isn't long before a parking spot opens up.

Summary: Great, positive experience with Fivestars. Need to expand to more stores.

Positive: Rewards for everyday shopping. Monitored easily via the app.

Negative: Not available everywhere. Limited options for stores. No instructions on actually claiming the rewards from vendors.

Summary: Nice to have some incentive to return. I think it's much better than having nothing.

Positive: That it give your name when you input your number.

Negative: That the points do not add up very quickly with some restaurants. I would return far more if it was at least a little more points per dollar.

Positive: They’re always very nice and very accommodating there, so I enjoy going back because I’m treated well

Negative: There isn’t anything about it that i didn’t like very easy to use even for people that might have difficulty

Positive: Ease of use: All we need to do at local businesses which partner with Fivestars is to plug in our phone numbers. Fivestars is able to identify my current location and pops up coupons that are available around me.

Negative: The software shows how many more points I need to earn before I can redeem an offer which can be confusing sometimes because it shows the available offers in the box. However, that is not something that can be redeemed right now. We have to read a little more careful to see that we are xyz points away in order to redeem that specific offer.

Summary: Amazing system that works flawlessly. I can’t complain about any issues I’ve had thru the program. I’ve always had a good result from this and honestly it’s a great idea. More stores need this.

Positive: Fast, easy, convenient and reliable. I’ve never ran into an issue when earning points thru the service. It always feels good when the teller says you have points and you are awarded for the amount of purchases you have gone through.

Negative: I don’t see why this field needs a minimum of 50 characters to be honest. I haven’t had any negative experiences with this program.

Summary: Everyone in the store is very friendly, helpful, and knowledgable. They go out of their way to help you pick out what you will like best and get you the best prices for it.

Negative: I have never had a problem with using Five Star. All of the notices and options have been great!!
