    Summary: I started using five stars when I bought some water at a aquarium store... before I knew it I was getting free water from my reward that I was getting from visiting other places.

    Positive: I love how easy it is. It is great that you earn loyalty points for every dollar you spend and many different locations that include many different products and/or services, then you can redeem the rewards at any of the five stars places.

    Summary: This is a nice addition to my shopping experience at one place in particular that I frequent. It’s easy to use and the rewards are nice. I wish more places used this app.

    Positive: I like the ease of entering my phone number at my favorite bakery and finding out on the spot that I have a reward coming. Being able to save the reward for later or add points for a bigger one is convenient. I also appreciate the notifications telling me I have a reward waiting for me.

    Negative: The terminal was not working a few times when i went in, and I had to count on the store to keep my receipt and add the points in. I still don’t know if that was actually done or not.

    Summary: I love using Five Stars, particularly at Beehive Boutique and Juiceland in Austin. I always get great rewards by simply typing in my phone number each time I buy something there. I wish I used the app more to take advantage of all of the other rewards, but overall I love this service.

    Summary: I'm satisfied with fivestars. It makes my day more useful and worthy. The only thing that i wish about this is.. why don't you make some different benefits about the amount of purchase? "1 star per 1 visit" seems nonsense sometimes. It means whether buying 10 dollars or 100 dollars, we can get only 1 star. that's it. except that part, I really like fivestars. Thank you.

    Positive: Fivestars can help to make relationships between customers and restaurants. I think that's a really good point. also It is very easy and comfy to access and get points.
