Summary: Overall I'm happy with fivestar. I love the discounts I have received. I have also found companys I didnt know were around my community.

Positive: With using Fivestar I've saved a lot of money. They let me know about specials in area.

Negative: I dont always need product at time of specials and lose discounts.

Summary: I started using five stars when I bought some water at a aquarium store... before I knew it I was getting free water from my reward that I was getting from visiting other places.

Positive: I love how easy it is. It is great that you earn loyalty points for every dollar you spend and many different locations that include many different products and/or services, then you can redeem the rewards at any of the five stars places.

Negative: I can't really say there is much I dont like about this.

Summary: Glad businesses offer this. Has people coming back.

Positive: Very easy to use and consistent. Points are clear and rewards are easy to see

Negative: Could use more graphics and color. Just to make it more inviting.

Summary: Love this app for putting me in touch with great people! Restaurants, hair salons, specialty food shops... all with great vibes from good people

Positive: The folks who work 6 days a week to keep the doors open doing something they love deserve to have a rewards program for their faithful. It's also a great way to find such establishments when you're in a new area. Brilliant idea!

Negative: No enough small businesses know about you... Yet! Spread the word and get more to participate.

Summary: Quick and easy, super efficient and easy to put your information in to see your points

Positive: Accessibility and ease of use , plus the size of the actual machine makes it easy to see

Negative: N/a there are absolutely no cons to the system, wish itd be easier to change phone numbers

Summary: Definitely a place you need to come to, you will not be sorry

Positive: We love Rolling Bagels. Always great food, salad bar and those that work there.

We come at least once a week and the ladies are always ready with our food.

If you’ve never tried this place out you really need to. A sunny and great place to come to.

Negative: Nothing everything is awesome. Always friendly, super fast and go out of their way to make sure you have the best service

Summary: This is a nice addition to my shopping experience at one place in particular that I frequent. It’s easy to use and the rewards are nice. I wish more places used this app.

Positive: I like the ease of entering my phone number at my favorite bakery and finding out on the spot that I have a reward coming. Being able to save the reward for later or add points for a bigger one is convenient. I also appreciate the notifications telling me I have a reward waiting for me.

Negative: The terminal was not working a few times when i went in, and I had to count on the store to keep my receipt and add the points in. I still don’t know if that was actually done or not.

Summary: love rewards program i frequent hillcrest weekly and some of the other sponsers

Positive: accumulating points for discounts on future purchases

Negative: nothing everything is easy to use im satisfied to the fullest

Summary: Cool point and reward based app. Needs to fully integrate Phone #, E-mail, Username, and password into the login or sign up page.

Positive: They have first time customer deals for all locations.
It's easy to save offers and apply them in store.
Makes it easier to save money and earn rewards.

Negative: Difficulty with logging in online with a password and username to join partnership program.

Summary: it's a super easy way to earn rewards for stuff i was already doing anyway.

Positive: I love how easy fivestars is to use as a customer, and how many places there are for me to use it.

Negative: i'm not thrilled with the constant text messaging of offers, but i could opt out if i were that bothered by it.

Summary: I would recommend to any business to install and start their five start experience today

Positive: I don't have to wait for someone to check me in or help in any way. I walk on put in my phone number and I can see that I'm checked in with my points value at that location. It's also an incentive to visit the places with five star because they offer you so many different levels of being able to redeem your points!

Negative: Nothing. It runs itself so unless it's down it works perfect

Summary: I love you it! It’s so easy to earn rewards and it makes me wanna go back to those places to keep earning more rewards!

Positive: I love how easy it is and it reminds you of rewards so you don’t forget about them. I’m a forgetful person so I like that this is just ur phone number and an app on your phone.

Negative: I don’t like how few companies in my area know about this product. It would make it so much better since I love local places if more places had easy access to this program.

Summary: I love using Five Stars, particularly at Beehive Boutique and Juiceland in Austin. I always get great rewards by simply typing in my phone number each time I buy something there. I wish I used the app more to take advantage of all of the other rewards, but overall I love this service.

Negative: Only con is that this isn't used at places I shop and visit more often.

Summary: I'm satisfied with fivestars. It makes my day more useful and worthy. The only thing that i wish about this is.. why don't you make some different benefits about the amount of purchase? "1 star per 1 visit" seems nonsense sometimes. It means whether buying 10 dollars or 100 dollars, we can get only 1 star. that's it. except that part, I really like fivestars. Thank you.

Positive: Fivestars can help to make relationships between customers and restaurants. I think that's a really good point. also It is very easy and comfy to access and get points.

Negative: Some of employees they didn't know how to deal with this app. I met someone who even don't know about this app and points. that makes me so embarrassed.

Summary: Using this app is super easy at any stores that have them and keeping up with your rewards is even easier! It helps support local small businesses which is a plus for me as well!

Positive: Loved this app for saving money at some of our favorite local joints!

Negative: I don’t have any cons for this app. It is easy to use and I haven’t had any problems with it!
