    Great food, staff are ayt

    Summary: Food is great but staff could be trained to be friendly.

    Positive: The food are always great. Consistent umami. The Blackened Ramen is to die for!

    Negative: The waiting area is outside, asked the hostess if she can switch on the heater and she told us to wait by Angels and hearts so we wont be freezing. She later sat the people after us because she said she called our name outside. Told her that she was the one that told us to wait over there. We ended up waiting extra time because of this. Server was a bit unfriendly. Not one smile. Not to mention we told them that its one of our friends birthday. He said that they dont do anything for birthdays. Atleast wish her a happy birthday, but nothing.

    Summary: Overall, the program is run greatly. And I don’t have any issues day-to-day (just those rare issues from time to time).
    Very great rewards system and I will always be happy to connect at other stores and/or recommend it to any retailers looking to create a rewards program!

    Negative: I don’t have any cons as a customer, but from the retailer perspective. I do wish it was easier for customers to know when they actually had points to redeem. Sometimes I get customers that are confused thinking they have something to redeem when in reality they don’t (could just be miscommunication)!
    I wish there was a way for us to edit a customers information if the number they entered is taken by another account. Or if there was an easier way to report the issue to five stars. Just because those situations are tricky because we can’t guarantee their points won’t be used by whomever had the number before them.
