Summary: Everything was fine until this app FORCED me to write more in each topic that I wanted to.
So this review is useless sorry to waste my time

Positive: Every purchase counts towards redeemable points .
It's a big deal getting a premium coil at a fair price trhu loyalty

Negative: I can't check my points to plan my next purchase I adhere to a budget and the points give me a little breathing room

Summary: I feel comfortable when using this system at my favorite places, but I expect there would be some improvements to make this system more user-friendly for the customers.

Positive: I like the fact that the program allows users to get points from their purchases, and add up to get free items.

Negative: The things I don’t like is when I purchased the items, it didn’t add the right amount of points according to the amount I spent. For example, when I spend $3.50, it only adds 3 points. So with multiple purchases like this, I will lose a significant amount of points. Other thing I don’t like is when I come up the machine, I have to type in my phone number and sometimes it wouldn’t enter correctly. I hope there is a way that users could just come up to the machine and tap their phones on it, without entering the phone numbers.

Summary: This app is pretty useful for long term commitments to restaurants and other such places that support this. I'd recommend getting this just to keep points because it is a lot more convenient than say a point card. It doesn't get lost.

Positive: This app pretty much does what it advertises itself to do. It gives rewards based on previous purchases. It tracks awards pretty well with a point system, and people can redeem these at any firm that supports them.

Negative: There isn't really anything bad about this other than the fact that rewards can expire, which can be annoying if you don't have an opportunity to go to the place you have an award for for a while.

Summary: I love the app. I've had it for a little under two years now and I will continue to use it indefinitely!

Positive: I like getting notifications on deals in my area, as well as notifications when I have rewards to use.
The app is easy to use and their support team has always helped me with everything I need!

Negative: The app is a little bit slow-running on my phone if I have more than three apps running and I know it's not just my phone, but that isn't a real problem. It's nothing that would hinder my recommending the app to someone else.

Summary: very good

Positive: very easy to use, user friendly and keeps me coming back

Summary: I enjoy Fivestars because I am rewarded for purchases I will be making anyway. The free offers are a bonus also.

Positive: Occasional free offers and upcoming sales. The app is easy to use and allows you to track your points. It also shows you vendors that use the Fivestars reward system.

Negative: Takes quite awhile to gather points. I spend quite a bit at the health store and I don't need to return each week but it still takes awhile to gain "points" for actual cash off products

Summary: It was good I got a discount for various places in my area

Positive: I like how it gives me discounts on items I regularly buy from local businesses

Negative: I wish there was a way to scan the app to receive points it’s too long to type my phone number

Summary: Pretty good; however this survey is annoying. I don’t really have that much to say. I can’t give you 50 words

Positive: Discount, promotions, coupon notification. All I need is my phone number to check in.

Negative: I haven’t noticed anything yet. So far so good. I will keep using it and if I notice anything I’ll post it.

Summary: Overall, I still use this service because I am still saving points with each purchase and I am able to get special deals and discounts.

Positive: I am able to save points to earn special discounts usable at stores near me! All I have to do is punch in my phone number at checkout time, and I have a choice of whether I want to save, or use a discount. It also introduces me to other new restaurants in the area by offering discounts for those places as well!

I also have this option enabled so that I get text notifications if there are event specials at my favorite restaurants! Your account is mainly linked to a phone number, and if your number changes, you simply email the support service and they'll link the account to the new number!

Negative: Recently I haven't been able to open the app on my phone, but luckily the merchants say I am still saving points and I am still able to apply discounts. The new interface (before I wasn't able to open the app) was hard to use; it was like looking at Lyft for restaurants and wasn't entirely intuitive or navigational.

Summary: Great app so far, easy to use, easy access at stores.

Positive: Occasional promos so I can go to places that I wasn’t intended to go. App is easy to use and most staff know how to redeem the rewards.

Negative: Sometimes the app dies or doesn’t load correctly. Some promos expires too soon (same day you receive it)

Summary: It works well but I wish there was maybe something on the receipt that tells me how many points I have obtained.

Positive: I like that it’s easy. I hate key tags and the fact that I can just put my number in makes it so easy!

Negative: I don’t like that I’m always unsure if u have gotten my points for that visit because cashier doesn’t ask if I’m done putting my number in. By the time I put my number in, my order went through. So I never know if I do get points for my orders.

Summary: It's always fun to know you have an extra 25% off when you find something you want!

Positive: Fun to see the amount of points you have or need to get to your next percentage discount!

Negative: Not many businesses in my area that use fivestars.

Summary: Overall I love using Fivestars, haven’t had any major issues and it’s been convenient so far

Positive: I love that I don’t have to carry around stamp cards and the rewards and free birthday gifts I get on it!

Negative: It’s hard to find on the app where the current coupons/rewards you have in the new layout

Summary: Alot of rewards programs are overly chatty and needy. This one just works and really simple.

Positive: It is easy to use and it pretty straight forward.

Negative: Haven't found one yet. On my android its quick and responsive, the interface is clean intuitive.

Summary: best app to earn rewards and to save money. i use this at every place that offers this app

Positive: I like that it’s as easy as entering my number to earn rewards!
