Summary: I love getting things for free! Square seems to be helpful to businesses who want to promote loyalty.

Positive: I really like the rewards I get through fivestars.

Negative: Some businesses go in and out of using it, which is... interesting, but it's still worth using

Summary: It's alright, but I wouldn't go out of my way to use it right now. It doesn't have enough function or purpose overall for daily use.

Positive: Not too hard to navigate, decent UX
Simple design is easy on the eyes

Negative: UI wasn't super friendly - long loading times on phone from one button to the next
The app doesn't serve much purpose overall - not much to do or need to go in so I become inactive and it is forgettable.

Summary: Overall I like the system over the classic punch cards so many businesses used prior to 5 Star. I think that stores were willing to send out more promotions, based on actual coming into store to look to look for an item to purchase, vs just when an actual purchase is made, businesses would see an increase in overall sales.

Positive: I like that each time you spend money you are able to accumulate point towards % off or dollar amount future purchases.

Negative: I do not like that the "bonus" rewards come so infrequently and only if you are a frequent shopper that remembers to enter phone number with every purchase.

Summary: It’s an ok reward program. The apps is boring to use

Positive: Easy to use. Just put my phone number at the register

Negative: Not many places have Fivestars. Some places only do 1 star per visit, regardless of how much you spent. Very slow rewards, not even worth it to sign up. Would be better if get 1 star per dollar

Positive: Easy to use

Negative: Times out quickly

Summary: Mostly good. Not reliable enough to be better than average.

Positive: I like the program. It’s nice to be rewarded for frequenting our favorite bar/restaurant.

Negative: Rewards aren’t always applied to my account. I can’t see a tally of my activity, just the point total. The previous system they had with a card instead of just phone number was much more reliable.

Summary: Good as an app to track points. Simple interface - only when it works. Sometimes it indicates there are no participating restaurants/stores in the map area when I am sure there are.

Positive: Easy interface when it works. Like the purple theme as well.

Negative: Speed of the software - sometimes it does not load with content and/or takes a long time to pull up content.

Summary: Overall I like the idea of earning points and the reward system. I think it needs improvements and need to be more detailed and easy to access.

Positive: I like that you can earn points for free items or use towards future purchases. In addition coupons available for use and feeling like a VIP.

Negative: I not sure or aware if you can inform the restaurant via delivery that you have rewards if not I don't like that you can't earn your points if you don't carryout your purchases and your rewards are not applied to delivery orders. Also I do not know how many points I have or where I stand on receiving free items or rewards based on my purchases. I purchase a lot from round table based on the quality of food and I think their award system on accessing the information should match up with the quality of food and service.

Summary: Not great.

Positive: Could get free merch as points add up.

Negative: There is nothing outstanding about it.

Summary: It could be more efficient and there should be a way to check your points.

Positive: I like that it’s easy to enter your phone number and you get points.

Negative: I don’t like that you can’t check the number of points you have. Too many offers that are messaged to me that aren’t relevant.

Summary: Overall I like any sort of discount I can get. So for now I'll get what I get and not have a fit *in my sun's former kindergarten teacher's voice*🤣

Positive: I like the ease of the app and how u just have to enter your number at the counter

Negative: Not enough businesses are registered THAT SHOULD BE. I also thought I could use this all throughout California but discovered otherwise when I was just in SoCal on April 24th

Summary: Hit or miss...again, the quality of the program is dependent on the waiters, when you can’t enter your number into the system and have to rely on someone else.

Positive: Great way to earn perks, Five stars is wonderful when the store has the app at the point of sale.

Negative: At some stores, restaurants (tasty pot), the waiter doesn’t always enter your info. Into the five star system. Its happened to me several times at one restaurant and makes me less inclined to participate.

Summary: It's a very simple app but it tells me an overview of my account, which is really all I need to know.

Positive: Not a lot of clutter. There's very little on the dashboard so it's easy to see your rewards.

Negative: There's no way to see more detail if you want to.

Summary: It’s not bad. Definitely worse programs out there.

Positive: I love that some of my local shops have a rewards program.

Negative: I don’t like that it takes so long to get rewards. Also wish more stores were on it.

Summary: Compared to other programs, like individual rewards packages built into levelup, this is subpar.

Positive: Facilitates discounts and rewards. Available at good fast casual restaurants around DC.

Negative: disjointed user interface. texting, entering phone numbers, separate payment, unclear rewards progress and availability.
