Summary: It was okay experience just need more people to be professional and courteous to the customers! Prices are okay but some are ridiculously high! Some staff are sweet and helpful but I still stop in this particular hair store for my convenience.
Positive: I like that the store is always clean and organized.. some staff are friendly but not all! Need more staff that’s helpful and smiling at the customers! Great prices on most products!
Negative: I don’t like that some of the employees don’t speak or acknowledge you when you walk in! They peek around and watch you instead of asking is there anything you need help! Makes you feel very uncomfortable! I’d rather drive back to Alabama and shop at my hometown hair store, never had these problems!

Summary: Overall it’s good. But I don’t think I should have to voice what my reward is. It should just automatically apply
Positive: I like that I just have to put my phone number in and my rewards pop up. Also getting emails letting me know about current rewards is nice
Negative: When a reward comes up the cashier doesn’t ring it in. I put my number in and it came up at 20% off your purchase. I thought oh great. As soon as I left the store I looked at my receipt and the 20% off was not applied.

Buggy. User interface has a lot of to be desired Date: Apr 29 2019
Summary: There's a very bad bug in the app. When I open the app, I often see promotion on the map tab, with Save buttons. I often tap Save, the Save button becomes Redeem. Then when I tap Redeem and show the store clerk the offer. They often tell me that they don't see the offer on their computer. Then I would show them the offer on my phone, and we could never figure out what the two devices could never agree with each other.
The app often sends notification about offers and promotions to my iPhone. When I tap these notifications, often the app opens without displaying the offer. I am left with the home screen (map tab). I try to tap the notification again, but sadly the notification is gone as soon as I tap it. So, I have just lost the offer/promotion.
I wish there is a place where I can see all of the promotion and offer that I currently have from all merchants. I believe there used to be version of the app that did this, but the current version as of April 28 2019 does not do this. There is only Wallet, where I can only see the full list of merchants that I have ever saved offers with. Many of these merchants I don't even have any offer or points with, but I need to scroll through this list to search for promotions. This is horrendous. The scrolling on this Wallet screen is also very buggy. As I scroll, it keeps going crazy jumping around to random places.
I stress that there needs to be a place where I can see a list of promotions that I have. I am not talking about points that I have. I am talking about limited time promotions that merchants send to me. I don't want to just see merchants around me either, because if there is a merchant offering good promotions, I don't mind driving there to get it. Often, where I go to eat depends onPositive: Able to correctly credit points after all of my purchases, so I guess it's a good thing.
Negative: The user interface is really crude. I suggest that you get your designers to actually use the app and see how it is working.

Summary: It’s simple & easy to use but I think some important factors were missed...
Positive: The rewards...the simplicity of the format, makes it easy to use.
Negative: I got locked out of my account because I changed my phone number, I’m unable to recover it because I no longer have the number. There should be a recovery system that lets you reset it if something like this happens, otherwise it’s not too bad.

Positive: I like the discount given after I've purchased a healthy amount of product. I'm only offered a $10 discount after spending approximately $250 .
Negative: Discounts are NEVER offered on products i purchase.

Summary: I'm not a fan of the app. I guess I can recommend it, simply for the discounts, but I would not be unhappy if my favorite restaurants switched to a different reward system.
Positive: I like the discounts I get at my favorite restaurants
Negative: Maybe it's just me, but I can't figure out the app. I get notifications on my phone about new rewards, so I click on the notification and open the app, and all I see is "nothing in your area".

Summary: Very disappointing and not up to expectations at all. Many items that are available at very reasonable rates are priced here on the higher side and one just does not to make second visit. then the offer of one r two products at reasonable rates is limite to just three days where as many other desi stores make their on sale products available for a week.
Positive: I liked nothing at all. The owners of this business know nothing about running such a business. If they need my suggestions, I can guide them to run a very successful business ,but their arrogance will be a hindrance.
Negative: I in fact liked nothing ,pricewise, behaviour wise . Fact is one does not like to come here again for shopping.
