Positive: This app is pretty great, I love recovering free items when I purchase food... it’s a must have app for every company

Negative: Never had any issues so there ain’t no cons. Well maybe if all company starts using them.

Negative: Haven’t seen any. Filling in for the fifty characters. That part has been the most annoying part of 5star so far

Positive: Easy to use. I don't have to worry about forgetting losing or carrying a stamp card with me. App let's me know when I have accumulated a free item and also let's me know that the business is doing a promotion or added a bonus coupon etc.

Negative: I wish more businesses used the app. It would lighten the load in my wallet of all the Loyalty cards, stamp cards I have as well as it would be less of a worry if I lost or misplaced the stamp cards because I would just type in my phone number to record a visit/dollar amount spent.

Summary: I love getting points for my purchases and getting reminders for coupons and sales

Positive: Getting the promotional texts definitely gets me in the store

Negative: Not much is wrong with the application not sure why I have to elaborate on this

Positive: I love Fivestars because of its easy to use design and also how it always notifies me about coupons and the rewards I earn!

Negative: If I could criticizes anything it’d be how much rewards you get per spending. Wish was more than a dollar a point, but that’s minor still love it !!

Summary: I firmly belief in you get what you pay for. And I’m happy to pay 7 or so dollars for a good quality meal. I highly recommend this place.

Positive: I love how even though the Vacaville location (the one I frequent) is a fairly new location, the customer service is always spot on. The food is delicious. The employees are super friendly and make me feel welcome.

Negative: The only negative thing I can find to say is their “please wait here” sign. Even when I’ve been sitting there waiting to receive my order, I’ve watched other customers look just as confused as I was, not knowing where to enter the line.

Summary: Wonderful!! I would recommend this Restaurant, Egg Harbor Cafe, to all the people looking for a good food experience at reasonable prices. Ask for Tiki, GM, who is an example for any restaurant Manager. He could TEACH anyone the best way to serve the public!!!

Positive: Servers were delighted to see us and treated us like FAMILY!! As usual, food was excellent and well prepared. Served within acceptable wait time. Mine was hot and tasted GREAT!! My wife's was cold as she liked it that way!! Servers would stop by and ask how we were doing, was the food acceptable to our taste buds, could they do anything else for us? All in all, a very enjoyable experience

Negative: I have NONE and I have NEVER had any CONS!! Clean, well behaved people who enjoy a good meal should stop here and be served!!
