Summary: It is an excellent program and allows me to consider all my local, independently-owned business to take my business to before thinking of any other chain stores, restaurants or businesses. It has been an excellent relationship and I have never been disappointed: quite the contrary --- I have been surprised and pleased!

Positive: The process is so easy, often with the cashier or customer service person at each establishment reminding you to enter your phone number to be eligible for the instant rewards.

Negative: I love everything about it, no complaints whatsoever!

Summary: Overall, my experience has been nothing but pleasant. I really enjoy the point system with certain companies. Also going into stores with a fivestar database allows me to simply just give my phone number and then add points onto my account

Positive: Very clean and crisp way to access and gain points for various stores in my area.

Negative: I found no cons during my personal experiance of using fivestars.

Summary: Good. I use it, it is easy, and I don’t have to pay for it, I just plug in my number where I usually buy things.

Positive: Put in your number. Get rewards. Afraid you might miss one? Nah. They’ll text you. Love it.

Negative: I pretty much just like it. I don’t have anything bad to say about it really.

Summary: It’s easy, cuts down on handing out my email, and works at a lot of my favorite places. I would say that my experience with this service has been really positive!

Positive: It’s pretty cool that you are a rewards thing for many different places. It’s really convenient to only have to sign up for one thing instead of giving your email out to a bunch of different rewards programs. Now I only have to get emails from one rewards program and I like the deals you send me. I also like that it’s just something the store has face out, so you can just quickly enter your phone number and be done with that part of the transaction.

Negative: I haven’t been using the service long, but I like everything I’ve seen so far, so no cons, yet!

Summary: With the app I am able to discover new and different business around my area.

Positive: I get to enjoy greatness from many businesses and at the same time receive great rewards with Fivestars so I give them 5 stars.

Negative: None. There have been no issues since I've started using the app.

Summary: It is very handy to use the App to find out where discounts are located.

Positive: I really like having one location to search for savings coupons at places that I normally go to. Being an older woman, I need all the savings I can get! All I have to do is type in my cell # at the store and it shows what discount I can get at that particular Merchant.

Negative: So far I’ve not found any Cons! I’m only a user of the App so there’s not a charge for it so there’s no Con’s from me.

Summary: Love it overall, very worth it and many businesses use it!

Positive: Fivestars is easy and convenient! They regularly send me deals via text.

Negative: I want to get rid of some businesses I no longer frequent, and I’m unsure of how to do it.

Summary: Earning free stuff brings me back. .

Positive: Rewards are the best reason to continually use the app

Negative: Nothing .

Negative: I don’t like that on the app, I can’t see the discounts I have available at the different merchants I use

This software isn’t very great, it’s asking me questions of how I use it and rate, it’s just supposed to be a survey. Use survey monkey!!!

Summary: Great! Fun to use, wish more places had it and always excites when one does.

Positive: Easy to use, easy to remember to use, build points and earn rewards without thinking about it- at the places I go to often.

Negative: Some businesses have reward tiers that are easier to reach, some it can take forever to save points.

Summary: Its been great to use at platos as they make it easy and efficient.

Positive: Very easy to use and accessible at the store i buy from. Its also fast!

Negative: There are limited cons. I havent used it enough to list anything bad.

Positive: Love the Sunday brunch at Angelo’s. It includes delicious soup, fresh salad and dressings, bread, multiple pasta and Italian entree choices and an array of desserts. Would definitely recommend,
