Summary: Very easy to use. Just enter your cell phone and it accumulates your purchases for you. Once you hit a promotion level, it suggests the discounts or let's you keep it accumulating. Discounts and offers for adjacent businesses are a big value as well

Positive: Easy to use and love the discounts. It is very rewarding since it accumulates your purchases for you and let's you select a discount or bank it for later.

Negative: Not everyone uses it but that is not really the software's fault. I wish more small businesses would use it

Summary: It's a great app for getting deals on the places I love to go.

Positive: Rack up points at places you frequent. Get alerts for specials and deals. Very user friendly.

Negative: I wish more places used Fivestars in my area.

Positive: I like the ease of being able to just enter your phone number and instantly receive a freebie of the venue you're at or saving a freebie of nearby venues/restaurants. I've always found it tedious trying to remember a physical loyalty card.

Negative: There's nothing that I can think of it. The system works wonderfully!

Summary: like it use it all the time, would like to combine different restaurants on the same card

Positive: easy to use always seems to have the correct credit. Have received numerous
credits over the years.

Negative: have no issues at all, fob is small and compact perfect

Negative: Not highly advertised at businesses. The screen is just there at the register. I had to actually look up the company for more information.

Summary: I love Fivestars because I eat out ALOT. Being able to get something back for all my money spent is awesome!! Especially when all I have to do is put in my number and get rewards back! I love Fivestar and I’m very glad I signed up!

Negative: The only thing I don't love about Fivestar is that I want rewards faster!! I know that means spending more and thats okay Fivestar is awesome!!!

Summary: Quick and easy. Lots of rewards. Like getting free sides at Simple Greek.

Positive: I like how u can type the number in and everything just pops up about your account and its bright enough were u can see the screen

Negative: The timer before it blinks off should be a little longer. It will just cut off while im scrolling to see what coupons and reading.

Summary: been eating here for 6 years. Wish they kept the Lower Greenville open

Positive: healthy food, tastes good, very fresh and never soggy

Negative: ordering can be slow during dinnertime during weekdays

Summary: It’s incredibly helpful and motivates me to keep going back and using my number for the possibility of getting a reward!

Positive: I love this product because it keeps track of my visits and I feel like I get rewards much more frequently than not!

Negative: Sometimes I get confused when they show the rewards and I’m not sure if I have to click them or if the cashier picks them. That could be set up differently. I just tell the cashier and they move it forward.

Summary: It’s convenient, fun and full of special deals and savings. I have recommended Fivestars to family and friends. Many whom I know have taken advantage of the benefits Fivestars has to offer.

Positive: The discounts and special offers are very frequent. I utilize the offers whenever given and have enjoyed the savings on food and drink.

Negative: None. I can’t think of any cons. Therefore, I am just typing this to fill the morning minimum fifty characters.

Summary: A pleasant surprise after frequenting a new favorite restaurant. Now I have seconds for lunch tomorrow.
