Summary: Easy to use and convienent being on my cell phone. Pulls right up and immediately we get the discount.

Positive: We always get some discount without any hassle and enjoy all we are discounted. Love it

Negative: Would like even more but that really isn’t a con 😊

Summary: Overall amazing I’m raving to my friends and family about how easy FIVESTARS is to use on a daily bases!

Positive: I love that I get digital coupons and reminders every week! Honestly as a mommy I seem to forget or lose things and to know I’ll be saving money while using FIVESTARS while still being able to shop for me and my daughter is amazing. The apps just a few taps away!

Negative: I don’t have any cons or bad experiences while using FIVESTARS. I’ve only had the best experiences EVER!

Summary: Great app to use and makes tracking rewards easy! Little reason not to use it

Positive: Allows you to put the rewards for the places you normally in one app

Notifies you of discounts for nearby places or places you've been to

Negative: Some places do not have the correct name listed and makes me confused

Summary: My overall comment is that I enjoy using Five Stars and am a very happy customer.

Positive: Five Stars is easy to use and I get great rewards, some unexpectedly.

Negative: One of the Cons is sometimes the keypad is not working so I need to depend on the cashier to correctly key in my phone number.

Summary: Overall I would say it's a great app with the addition of a few more places I go to it would be perfect but it's still great.

Positive: I love the ease of use and the deals that come with it. Interface is smooth and responsive I haven't had any glitches or errors with it.

Negative: Not a wide selection of places that I go to personally other than that not bad at all.

Summary: It’s awesome to be rewarded for shopping at stores and the reminders are nice.

Positive: The app sends me reminders so I never miss a deal! You get points for shopping!

Negative: Nothing the app is great and very easy to use. If I had to pick one con I guess I could say I don’t use the map.

Summary: Overall good perk system it’s good to see what’s around and what store have it I know it will grow.

Positive: Text messages reminding you if you receive and when they expire

Negative: Not a lot of stores carry Fivestars would like to see more stores use it

Summary: I’m always able to find something. Have never left empty handed and each purchase accumulates points to discounts on future purchases that might not be already discounted. I love this store!!

Positive: Everything is sorted so things are easy to find. New stuff all the time. Daily savings and frequent discount sales. Benefits go to veterans.

Negative: Is too much stuff so sometimes it’s crowded a bad thing?

Summary: I enjoy the benefits of using this on my purchases.

Positive: I like that I can use this at different businesses and am able to get rewards from the purchases that I make.

Negative: Points don't apply to some purchases

Summary: I really enjoy it. It’s quick and easy. It doesn’t pressure or bombard you.

Positive: I got a text which helps me to see coupons better. The deals are always good, and I can just link the coupon to my phone number so I don’t have to worry about it!

Negative: There’s nothing that I don’t like about this app but this thing makes me use 50 characters so ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Summary: It is a great way to market companies and get customers to return back to the same places

Positive: Points are saved through phone number which is very easy and the number is entered by the customer so that it is faster and seamless.

Negative: The interface is confusing when it offers coupons for add ons.

Summary: Quick and easy. It would be nice if there was a list to refer to to find more places.

Positive: This is a Convenient Way to save. I like the updates that I get with special sale.

Negative: I like everything about this app I just wish that it was in more places.

Summary: no complaints here!! i love it, the ipad is a good reminder as well that i can gain points for my purchase when i am at the shop.

Positive: It’s so quick & easy using my phone number. especially bc i can type it in the ipad provided and it doesn’t take long. compared to other places where i have to present my card every time, the ipad is a win for me!!

Negative: it’s kind of difficult to use points .. idk if i click the screen or tell the cashier

Summary: Great experience with 5 star! Look forward to using with other stores soon, hopefully!

Positive: It is so simple to use this program, all you have to do is enter your phone number!

Negative: I had no problems with 5 stars at Plato’s closet!
