Murder is wrong.
However we have a president who doesn't care what other people think about right and wrong. He treats the 10 commandments like a to-do list, the 7 deadly sins like achievements - to say nothing of his wanton disregard for the constitution.
Would Trump intentionally allow one of his own to die to take the attention away from his current problems?
I wouldn't suspect Trump would actually call out a hit on someone, but I wouldn't see it above him to make it a little easier for someone to be killed to reduce the stress. Kirk was an ideal pick for this, as he was young but not super valuable to MAGA (or at least easily replaceable). Trump himself can then easily come out and blame it on whomever he wants as well, which will help whip up his base even more.
And of course if this becomes a pivotal moment towards a civil war, all the better for Trump - it becomes another reason to never, ever, relinquish power to anyone.

Charlie Kirk was a hatemonger and little more than a racist in a business suit. He was bigoted scum and the world is a better place without him. He built nothing of substance, created nothing of value, and just like that festering piece of shit Rush Limbaugh, no one will be talking about him or his ideas a year from now. Good riddance to bad rubbish.

I don't disagree; mostly just pointing out that he contributed to the overall atmosphere where things like this tend to start occurring.
And to be clear, I do not support murder or any kind of political violence, period, full stop.

He's already getting a complimentary ride on Air Force Two. I'm trying to think of other non-politicians who were not war heroes whose corpses got Presidential or VP escorts and not thinking of any...

As for POTUS, it looks like he's busy having a stroke (there are pics all over the net) so I doubt he has the wherewithal to plan anything beyond what he wants for lunch.
