Negative: Unclear about terms for free usage. Would be nice to know more about free trial upfront.

Summary: We love these tools so far and will probably tell others to use them as well. The free trial allowed user to get familiar with the forms better.

Positive: The features cover all the basics you need to conduct surveys or feedback. My favorite is the reaction and opinion scale option.

Negative: I think the UI can still be improved. And it would be better if we can preview the result on the same page as the editor.

Summary: Very easy to use, easy to customize - great experience by all users. I am sure I will use the product again.

Negative: That I cannot export the data of the survey without signing up for a subscription.

Summary: Overall good, but it would be better. The site claims you can create interviews for free. However, you have to pay to see the survey manual answers making it not free overall.

Positive: The interface is easy to follow, and it's possible to create a new survey quickly. The live analytics are intuitive.

Negative: The fact you have to pay to see the user's manual answers.

Summary: SurveyLegend makes making surveys fun! The ability to make each survey unique in its design and theme makes it that much more attractive to start (and finish) the survey.

Positive: I love how you can ask different styles of questions. The ability to add photos in is a bonus too - it just makes the survey that much more interesting and pretty to look at! I've had great feedback from the people I surveyed about it... best they'd seen!

Negative: I was a little unclear when the survey was 'live', but I'm getting used to how to all works now.

Summary: I'm happy with the results so far with SurveyLegend. Our surveys were previously pretty basic, not as innovatively designed, and we weren't getting as many responses from our customers. Since we started using SurveyLegend, everything has changed progressively. The rate of customers accessing our surveys is now much higher as the surveys are more engaging and customers feel comfortable completing them. On the other hand, it is important to mention that these opinions have helped us to grow in a certain way, we have improved our services to be able to satisfy the needs of all clients.

Positive: SurveyLegend is without a doubt the best platform to create your own quality surveys with unrivaled designs. SurveyLegend is being used throughout our company in order to collect opinions from our clients and to know what they think about the services previously provided. The things that have caught my attention most positively are:

- SurveyLegend allows me to modify the branding and logo of the entire survey. With other software like SurveyMonkey you can't do this, you can't edit the brand and logo. With SurveyLegend yes I can do that so that my survey has the name of my company and does not have any watermark and any SurveyLegend logo, all the information from SurveyLegend I can remove with the payment plan.

- It has more than 50 predesigned templates to give a better tone to my surveys. I don't have to spend long hours making a design to make my survey more attractive, just choose a design that is linked to the information that I will place and that's it.

- SurveyLegend surveys allow me to embed videos. I can insert videos in the surveys so that my clients can have a more complete survey. These videos can be informative, I can ask you to watch the video and then put your opinion in the box below.

Negative: The only negative feature worth mentioning about SurveyLegend is:

- The design of the web version is quite simple. It is a design with blank sections, and with very few colors, which makes it not so comfortable to use this platform for so long. I would like SurveyLegend to have a more innovative, professional design that makes me feel comfortable using it for a long time. The design is very old, it should be optimized.

That's the only problem in SurveyLegend. This survey maker service has no problem building surveys, monitoring them and getting detailed results, everything works great with no errors.

Summary: Really nice tool, easy usability and it helped me in my research process. I would recommend it to other people.

Negative: 1. The analytics tool is fast but isn't reliable every time with data accuracy.
2. Free trial has lots of limitation and does not succeed in giving a taste of all the features to the user trying the application.

Summary: Great tool with many options for layout and types of questions. Only point of improvement is to link all answers to the respondent for analyses.

Positive: I like all the possibilities they provide. Compared to other free survey tools, this tool is more professional and extensive.

Negative: When you want to take a look at the results outside from the website, it requires payment.
