The survey designing part gives you better control over it, to change the colour, themes, fonts as per your wish. The reporting section is quite satisfactory and is enough to analyse the overall campaign performance. The collected responses and data can be easily exported to Excel, CSV, Google drive or PDF.

Summary: SurveyLegend has been around this company for several years, and we are very proud to be using it today, as this platform has allowed us to create a large number of company-wide surveys, and with this platform we have been able to get quick feedback from everyone. our clients, in addition, this platform has allowed us to have a quite complete Statistics system, which works in real time and allows us to view the statistics of the responses we have obtained in each of the surveys sent to clients. With the help of this platform we have been able to obtain a large number of opinions in a simple way, in addition, I have loved the fact of being able to design campaigns together, since our employees can modify any of the sections of the survey, and they can also help build some of the options while I take care of building others. We have obtained a great return on investment with this survey platform, we consider that we have had a fairly high benefit, for which we also consider continuing to use it in the coming years, since we are very satisfied with the results obtained and with the large number of surveys that we have been able to create in a simple way.

Positive: SurveyLegend has been a platform that has helped me build a correct system for constantly sending surveys to all my clients. The things I like about this platform were:

1- One of the main things that I liked about this platform is the great variety of dishes that it offered me, that was very important to me since I was able to design quite striking surveys, with an optimized design and also with a correct order throughout the information, in addition, each of the templates are fully modifiable, therefore, you can modify the text font to my liking and you can also modify the general color of each template. The template that this platform offered me were absolutely great.

2- I also like the weight that is formed, it allows me to send automated reminders for when a client has completed the survey that we have recently sent to their inbox, this platform is capable of receiving an alert and a half even when a client sends me has complicated a survey, for which the platform automatically sends a reminder notification to that client, so that they can complete the survey at that moment.

3- I also liked that this money does not allow me to modify the general interface of each survey, I can remove the logo of this platform within each survey that I have carried out, and I can incorporate the logo of my company for each survey, this is fantastic and there is no watermark here of any kind or after the software I used to create this survey.

4- The link of each survey that I have developed is fully customizable, therefore, I can place the link of my company website, as well as I can place any type of link and the clients will see Elena stays placed when I activate the poll. Modifying the link has been great, as that platform gives me a default link for each survey, and I really didn't like that.

5- This platform allowed me to create surveys together, therefore, you can design a Becerro survey with the collaboration of my work team, in addition, you can also add several collaborators for specific surveys, so that you can help me configure each survey or to help me send an account to customers. The collaboration system was fantastic, it allowed me to receive help from the employees during the preparation of each survey.

Negative: The things I didn't like about this platform were:

1- One of the main negative things about this platform is that there is no data export, so if I want to export the information that I have received or the result of any of the completed surveys, this is not possible, you cannot cut this information to my computer or do some type of email, since the platform does not allow me to integrate them with any inbox, therefore, all the information remains within this survey platform, and this can be quite annoying, because if I want to send this information to an employee or a kissy colleague to the corporate, it is not possible.

2- The free version allows us to send several surveys simultaneously, in addition, the free version does not allow us to track the survey sent to a client, therefore, you will not be able to view the status of each survey sent in real time, you will not be able to Knowing if your client has completed that survey or if they haven't opened it yet, which is why I don't recommend this free version, allows us to have widespread and complete access to the survey creation platform.

3- The cost of this platform is extremely high, despite being a platform that allows you general and complete customization of each survey, its prices are really high compared to platforms like SurveyMonkey. This platform has a much higher price than SurveyMonkey , despite having very similar functions.

Summary: My overall experience was good, I would definitely use this product again for collecting anonymous information from my team.

Positive: I liked that I could see responses as they came in and could see how long it took for users to respond.

Negative: Could not see full responses, could only partial responses during the survey.

Summary: For a free product, it does a good job design and functionality wise. I still have to explore more of the analytics section and see how to process info without having to get a paid account.

Positive: Setting up free surveys is really easy. Layouts are beautiful; there are many options. Also many options for types of questions, sections, etc. Extremely useful tool.

Negative: In the free version, fonts can't be changed and some of the choices are really difficult to read or ornamented. Free fonts should be more universal, at least.
Analytics are ok, but there is no easy access to an overall result of the survey. Something like number of participants and a graph with general information. At least I couldn't find it easily.
