Summary: Overall I really love this platform and I am very happy I discovered it. It is much better than other survey platforms I have used, it has way more free features, and most importantly the way its presents the results is just amazing.

Positive: I really like that there is no maximum amount of questions you can ask on your survey. I like that there are different types of answer types you can provide ex: text box, multiple choice etc. I like that you can put a theme to your survey (an image) it makes it look prettier. I love how they give you the results of your survey, with all different kinds of charts that you can choose from, making it easy to understand the results.

Negative: That some features you need to pay for, for example downloading the results to excel. Another con is that the computer does not register that one is answer is the same if there it is just written in another language for example or not written in capitals.

Summary: I have several designs for my product. Thus, I would like my colleagues to choose one of them to be produced. Survey Legend allows to review and analyze all the responses easily.

Positive: I had a great experience using this survey tool. It allows exploring opinions and rate your product exactly in a way you want.

Negative: There are too many options that are not allowed to use for free.

Summary: It is good. But ensure that you have all money needed to unlock all services. I wish they had a Black Friday sale.

Positive: Compiles my result for my assignment, so it was easy to use and had my charts available to me. The designs were nice.

Negative: The prices are expensive. I would rather use another site.

Summary: Overall, it was an enjoyable user friendly experience. I chose SurveyLegend based on how professional the end product looked and I was pleased with the outcome.

Positive: I enjoyed using SurveyLegend for my class. Creating the survey was really easy and there were lots of questions styles available. Being able to set the background color as well allowed it to be a little bit more personal. It was also very easy to share and gather data. The data also formats really nicely in graphs at the end of data collection.

Negative: The only downside is not being able to customize the link name. That would provide a bit more insight to the respondents as to what the survey is about.

Summary: I found the website really easy to use (I am not good with technology). The survey I made looks very professional, I really like that you can add a photo in the background to put a theme to your survey. I really really appreciated the results of the survey all being illustrated with diagrams, etc making it very easy to understand the results of the survey.

Positive: I really like that there is not a maximum amount of questions you can ask in the survey. The design of the website is very nice and easy to use. You can customize your survey in many ways making it adaptable to what you want ex: multiple answers, text box, etc

Negative: That some of the features are not included for free.

Summary: My overall experience has been quick and easy, and that is what I need with my crazy lifestyle and running a business.

Positive: You can create engaging surveys from the comfort of your home to send out to your company. It is better than others due to the ability of using amazing designs on your survey.

Negative: I have yet to run into any cons, thankfully the customer service, including the chat feature have helped me when I have run into a snag.

Summary: It was fast to set up, easy to use, and looked very professional. Would use it again and recommend to anyone wanting quick and easy feedback

Positive: I love that SurveyLegend allows the use of images for answers. I use it to send new logo concepts to partners to get feedback. It is much easier than tracking everyone down by email and keeping track yourself. Very convenient and user friendly.

Negative: No cons for me except maybe price point since I am a freelance designer. And it is hard to get the data in the free version, but understandable

Summary: The best value for professional questionnaire and survey software. The free version works well for basic surveys while the paid versions are very robust and significantly less than competitors.

Positive: Great logic system.
Ease of use when writing questions.
Unlimited questions on the free version is a pro.

Negative: Not very easy to reorder questions.
No pre-made responses for multiple choice questions.
