Summary: 4 stars seems like a fair trade. Super user-friendly and navigation makes sense. The only thing I found bad was the free plan individual response limit.

Positive: The survey is super easy to compose question, I mostly use it for open ended questions and I like how super easy to reconstruct the questions. no character limit which is super plus.

Editing an existing survey in the glimpse of an eye. I have ADHD and sometimes I forget some words or misspell some! but as soon as I need to edit, I do it in a woosh.

Negative: The pricing.

I had no idea using the free plan would made me see only one individual submit at all. And if another user submit his answer you are no longer allowed to see the results of the previous one! I was in a panic mode, I can't afford to buy the pro version, however, you can get the pro version for a limited time by writing a review.

But still this is an information that needs to be displayed in advanced to warn free users.

Summary: It was an easy and fast way to create a good survey, very good for beginners like me who had no experience with other programs than Unipark.

Positive: The surface is really nice and easy to understand, one can create a survey very fast and very easy, different types of questions and answers are possible, looks professional and there are diagrams ready to use!

Negative: I just needed a "confirm/understood" button for my survey but I had to make a question where the people could chose an answer from at least two- so I had to come up with a second possible answer and many users were confused.

Summary: SurveyLegend has been essential software for developing all kinds of surveys, it's fantastic how you can insert all kinds of Videos within a survey, as well as I can insert various images to make the survey much more complete. I have really loved the experience I have obtained within this platform, I have noticed how we have been able to collect a large number of opinions from all our clients, every time we carry out a negotiation with a new client, we send them a direct link so that they can complete a survey of consumer, in this way we can see what they think of our services offered. This platform has been key to collecting opinions in a very short time, in addition, it has a limited database that allows you to store a large number of opinions. I loved the experience obtained, I consider that some things have to be improved, such as the watermark of the platform and add a system to modify or personalize the survey link.

Positive: SurveyLegend is a perfect platform to design all kinds of surveys and send it to customers, this platform offers very advanced features. The things that I liked the most was that this platform allows me to create surveys with a much more attractive design, I have a large list of templates to insert each of my surveys, this helps me to vary the design repeatedly to send surveys different from customers. Another of the things that I like about this platform is that it allows me to view the responses in real time for each of the surveys, every time a client is completing the survey, an immediate notification will be sent to me and by accessing this notification you will be able to view all the answers you are typing in the submitted survey. Another thing that I like is that it also has a very complete free trial, which allows you limited access to sending surveys.

Negative: The only negative thing about this platform is that it has a watermark for all the surveys you take, in addition, it is not possible to create a personalized link for your survey, each survey you take within this platform will have the name from SurveyLegend. It would be great if within this platform we were able to create a custom link for a survey. Creating a custom link we could put the name of our company. Also, it's also a bit annoying that there is a watermark for all the surveys that we have created, we would like to put our company logo instead of that SurveyLegend watermark.

Summary: Despite the negative things that I mentioned above about this platform, I admit that I have had a fairly complete experience which has helped me create very good quality surveys. The primary adaptation process within this platform was quite simple, it took us about a week to adapt correctly to its functions, we used our team in charge of software to help us use this platform correctly and make the corresponding configurations. The general platform is quite simple to use, we have a fairly complete panel where we can see the analytics and see diagrams that help us understand the progress of our surveys, in addition, we can view all the results obtained from the surveys in real time , that means that we can analyze ourselves without having to wait additional time for this data to be processed. Also, this platform has an excellent integration with different cloud storage services, this means that we can export all the information that we have had from our surveys to our cloud storage to share it with our colleagues, this is quite an excellent integration stable within the platform. We are happy with the overall experience gained, we will continue to use the services to develop surveys and forms within our company for our clients.

Positive: SurveyLegend is an excellent mechanism to create all kinds of surveys, its general interface and its platform help make surveys much easier to create, providing a drag and drop creation tool, you can also enjoy different templates and options that you They will help create a fairly complete survey with relevant information. The things I liked the most about this platform are:

- Within each of the surveys I can incorporate all kinds of images, documents or videos, putting together each of the corresponding images for each survey helps me to make the survey much more complete and that each of the clients feels comfortable completing it, as well as I can require customers to watch a specific video to get a response from them. Incorporating images and videos is the best thing that has happened to me within this platform.

- Within this platform I can create candidate profiles, which means that a specific profile will be required to complete the survey. When we send surveys to random people or those related to our real estate field, we use this function to obtain the correct candidate, we configure the correct answers so that we only have the answers necessary for us.

Negative: I have noticed a couple of things that I have not liked about this platform, I will also admit that many of the features of this platform have made it possible for me to develop all kinds of surveys, so that makes me quite happy, however, no I can avoid mentioning these negative things, such as:

- Currently there is no mobile app of any kind, this makes it a bit difficult to create surveys from anywhere and it also makes it a bit difficult to monitor the progress of your surveys from your mobile phone. Currently, the only way to access your main panel is by downloading the application for computers and accessing it from the web version, it is mandatory and really necessary to create an application for iOS Android phones, this will help you create surveys from anywhere without need to use a computer, it will also allow you to monitor your surveys without using a computer.

- The prices of these platforms are extremely high, within our company this has not meant such a direct negative thing for us, because our company has been able to cover the expenses of each of the plans that we have used, however I consider that the plans should be a little cheaper, to allow more companies to use it since it is an incredible platform, which offers a large number of templates and offers ease when creating surveys.
We would love that every time a client completes a survey, they automatically receive an e-mail within their email, as a confirmation of the completion of the survey, this would help our clients to be sure that they have completed my account correctly . Currently this system is not incorporated into this platform, because there is no response automation system, which means that this automated email cannot be sent.

Summary: I read a lot and investigated many other options, this has the best features for the price. Works for me. But I know that it's not for everybody.

Positive: Design options, even though they're limited, they can make your survey out stand. I liked to find here the way to solve the voting in a film festival. And as for the competition, it is the best price/quality service.

Negative: Not the best customer service. They answer, but not in good manners.

Summary: Overall, a great survey tool for quick surveys to be done - not to be used on an enterprise level in my opinion.

Positive: I like the facility. It way my first survey but it was all very simple. The people who did the survey told me that even for them it was easy and funny.

Negative: I think that it would be perfect if there were more options, for example the possibility to cross the data.

This is fantastic, we can make original surveys, removing the SurveyLegend watermark.

Negative: I have never had any major issues with the overall performance of SurveyLegend, all the features have had a positive impact and have made it possible for us to quickly collect feedback from all of our customers. The only problem that we have noticed recently is that we have noticed that some of the surveys sent to our clients, go to the Spam folder, instead of going to the main tray. This Spam folder issue is something that is happening to a number of our customers, we hope we can resolve this with the help and support of SurveyLegend.
