Summary: Feature-rich platform that looks and feels slick. Outside of my minor quibble about survey creation navigation, I'd happily use SurveyLegend for all my surveys!

Positive: - Questions and forms are very customizable with lots of options.
- Results and related data are nicely formatted and well-presented.
- Good functionality out of the free tier.

Negative: - Survey creation is difficult to accomplish using keyboard shortcuts that would be expected to work (tab, arrow keys, etc.).

Summary: In order to upgrade to the Pro platform, I am pleased that there was an option to 'show some love' to SurveyLegend by following on Facebook and leaving a review. This resolve my issue of needing the Pro-version of Survey Legend to read written survey responses.

Positive: Very intuitive tool for creating surveys that mix written responses and multiple-choice - as an instructor, I used SurveyLegend for retrieving course feedback and it worked very well!

Negative: I did not realize upon creating my survey that I would need to upgrade to SurveyLegend Pro to retrieve my written response results.

Summary: Overall experience was a good one. Its was very easy to share and the website has been designed intuitively.

Positive: This product was very easy to use. The different options for each question were well laid out and the survey was easy to share.

Negative: At the beginning I found reordering the questions difficult, but once I had worked this out it was fine.

Summary: Good, best survey we could find. We received a good response to the survey sent out. It included plenty of question options.

Positive: Easy to use and nice layout. It has the best number of options in its free version than any other platform.

Negative: Design can be a little amateur sometimes. Annoying you can change colour options in the free version.

Summary: Overall, a great, easy to use survey platform that is really user friendly and looks professional. I would recommend.

Positive: I really liked how easy it was to set up an online survey that looks professional and stylish and works well on smart phones. The built in summary stats are also a nice addition.

Negative: Limited questionnaire pathways in free version (but appreciate that is because it is free and though limited, it provides more options than other free survey platforms).

Summary: A functional tool with a simplicity that makes creating surveys both fun and rewarding. I have only been using it for a short time but I don't see a reason to switch over to another solution anytime soon.

Positive: I really enjoyed the drag and drop solution used and also that you super easy can view how the survey looks on the right-hand side while choosing the different surveys you have created.
You can easily switch between web, tablet and phone mode to see how it is viewed by the participants. I am loving the design feature as well. Creating a more personalized or appropriate touch to the surveys created was really the cherry on top for me with this solution.

Negative: On my laptop at least, even though I like it, the drag and drop function can be a little glitchy sometimes. Nothing that impacts the feature overall though.

Summary: It provided us with all but one of the functions we needed. Nobody communicated to us they have problems taking the survey. Thank you.

Positive: The best part is the survey is it's incredibly user-friendly. Very small learning curve, which was nice.

Negative: Exporting our survey results proved a little irksome.

Summary: I think it's a really great software. We've used it for smaller questionnaires for clients, where it works great - it's easy to set up and use it.

Positive: It's really easy to set up a questionnaire just the way you want to, and in a way that's easy for the respondents later on.

Negative: At times the layouts can be somewhat boring or uninteresting at least.

Summary: Good experience. The least thing about the service is that it was a bit annoying for me to repeat the answer odel for multiple questions.

Positive: Good variety of features. The fast-paced nature of the platform and how user friendly it is. designs are very attractive.

Negative: The inconvenience of having to type the design of the responses every time instead of having it pre-formatted after the first answer model .

Summary: The service has been good and easy to use, it is very easy to distribute as it a link can be easily sent around. the fact it is a certified secure website also makes me confident in sending the link to people.

Positive: I am a student and i was looking for a way to create a survey for an engineering assignment, as a form of market research, this program was easy to use, allowed for a majority of different question types and the UI allows for anyone to use it.

Negative: Besides the fact for most features it requires a subscription but I understand to create an easy to use system like this it is needed, other than that I have no complaints as of yet.

Summary: It's amazing if you have full access but without it you begin to stumble, I still can't access my stuff.

Positive: It's an incredibly intuitive program with great depth of range, it allows a lot of creative freedom outside of a conventional survey.

Negative: But I can't access my data that goes over the character limit without paying.

Summary: Nice to have, but not to use without subscription because you can't see any of your results and then your respondents have filled it in for nothing.

Positive: Very user-friendly, great design!
Looks great and really handy to have, you can just send the link to friends and they can fill in,

Negative: You have to pay to see the results which I didn't know before making the survey.

Summary: SurveyLegend helped me prepare a research among student, that want to apply for a scholarship. I managed really easy and quickly to write and send the survey to recipients via the link.

Positive: SurveyLegend offers multiple choice answers, wide variety of designs. and plenty of options for customization.

Negative: It is not clearly explained what options are available in free and paid versions.

Summary: I have a good experience overall and will recommend to others to use Survey Legend for Questionnaire Designing.

Positive: - The unlimited features
- User-friendly interface
- Simplicity

Negative: - Data export options should be free.

Summary: Will definitely be using SurveyLegend again, as it made it very easy to get feedback on the spot.

Positive: It was easy to use and you are able to create a multitude of question styles. It is a nice design layout too.

Negative: It is a bit limited to things you can do for free.
