Summary: I liked the ease at which I can discuss with the team and integrate my marketing tools under one roof. I also liked that I can manage all of my workflows. Slack makes my work incredibly efficient.

Positive: Slack is incredibly easy to use software. I can discuss, track task progress, manage projects, share files, integrated with the meeting, marketing and help desk solutions using Slack software and make my work life simple.

Negative: There isn't a lot of things I don't like about Slack.

Summary: I am a very big fan of Slack. My three person team uses Slack everyday and we are never worried about conversations we have over slack getting lost. I would recommend to teams big and small.

Positive: Slack is great at allowing you to have conversations about different topics at the same time (via channels). It’s also great for allowing you to search past conversations quickly and comprehensively.

Negative: Call quality could be better on mobile devices. Also, the price for the paid version could be a bit lower.

Summary: Overall Slack is something my company uses and thrives on. It’s essential for any and all kinds of communication.

Positive: Slack has fast and easy communication. It’s meant for multiple employees with threaded conversations.

Negative: There are no cons really, other than just Slack has a lot of competitors.

Summary: Slack gives a central operational platform where we can perform communication and integration of business tools. One thing I liked most about Slack is that it's a cross-platform software that makes handy to communicate especially on a mobile platform.

Positive: We can integrate tons of business tools such as currently we are using Zoom and Trello integrations. Using Slack gives us a proper spot to perform many business activities which saves time. It improves team communication.

Negative: The thing I don't like was its custom trigger option.

Summary: With Slack, you can contact and interact with coworkers. The user interface is super excellent. The tool integration support is great.
Overall, Slack is a terrific tool for team communication. It gives me the ability to extend its power using integrated tools.

Positive: Communication and interaction are really great at the Slack platform.
Some features I liked and used are:-
Integration with Trello, intuitive message and chats, mobile app and file transfer.

Negative: No alert on incoming messages. It always needs to restart to fix.

Summary: Slack is a robust tool. It provides us everything we can ask from a communication and collaboration tool. We are very dependent on Slack for our remote work. In this current situation, Slack helps us to work efficiently. The Zendesk support can also be integrated with this software.

Positive: You can also make communication and collaboration using Slack on Android/ios mobile devices. The Zendesk service can also get integrated with this software. The UX design is fabulous. We provide unrestricted integrations and customization.

Negative: Everyone in our department loved the Slack tool. No cons.

Summary: Just an awesome tool! Slack has been a great resource for my business to streamline communication connectivity. Now we have a robust platform to communicate, collaborate and integrate with other business tools in slack.

Negative: Its mobile software takes lots of time to load integrated channels.

Summary: Overall, an excellent program that was overdue. It's becoming more and more mainstream so even different organizations can communicate on different workspaces without needing to create an email for every little piece of communication.

Positive: You can make slack so much fun. Emojis and custom emoji overload. More than anything it has helped segment conversations between teams and departments into relevant chats, and in the paid version becomes a searchable spot where you can fairly easily find old conversations.

Negative: Like social media platforms, has the potential to creep into your personal life. Delete it from your phone and just use it on your work computer if you can, because some people will message you at night or on the weekends, and nobody wants to see that!

Summary: We spend many hours daily on this platform. We use slack to solve the limitations of our internal communication. Slack gives us the power to enhance its productivity using many integrations. The app is very polished and gives us the best communication spot.
