Summary: I would recommend Slack to any company that's looking for a way to keep their team in communication with each other all day.

Positive: I love the ability to customize the dashboard, create multiple group messages, and how easy it is to integrate other apps. It really helps our team collaborate and communicate with each other.

Negative: There isn't much more I could ask for! But if there's anything I'm forgetting I know there will be an update soon where Slack just rolls it out anyway.

Summary: Altogether, it is a great app and provides a lot of features and have well-detailed options to make it more organisable.

Positive: Provides dedicated chatrooms for a particular group and can be future divided.
Most of the big organisations used it for communication between their employees.

Negative: Mobile version should have a more user-friendly interface.

Summary: Our overall experience with Slack has been positive. We've been able to use Slack with our internal employees as well as contract workers at any given time. It's been very useful.

Positive: We've been using slack for almost two years. Slack is incredibly user friendly and offers streamline communication between different departments for our company. It allows individuals to stay in touch real-time with one another on project tasks and updates.

Negative: I currently don't have any cons or recommendations for Slack.

Summary: Channels can be public, private, common or multi-workspace. You can study the distinction in these channels here.
It makes it simple to share and work together with somebody continuously. This is extraordinary for when you need a prompt reaction about a cutoff time.

Positive: You can make "channels" inside the organization. For instance, you can have Slack channels for every customer that incorporates all the associates who are engaged with that customer venture.

Negative: Your discussions get erased following 14 days, so in the event that you are sent something significant inside a channel, ensure you make a note of it.

Summary: Slack helps to find and build a great community and channels. I really recommend Slack if you are in the development field and looking for good people.

Positive: Slack is the Best tools for the community-based program I love to share and talk about the events hackathon and open source project around the world.
It also supports other tools like GitHub, GitLab, to directly review project details.

Negative: Slack is a little bit slow in low network but it works great for me!

Summary: Love the ease of the ability of it being an app on my phone, and I can bring it anywhere I go. Being in administration, I am ALWAYS on the go. There is no wasted time, because I can communicate things right away.

Positive: Thankfully with slack, I am able to work from anywhere, especially in the times of COVID when we are getting lockdown on a moments notice.

Negative: I have yet to have any real issue, and when I do run into a problem, the customer service is amazing and quick!

Summary: I would recommend Slack to other users who are interested in streamlining efficiency and improving their ability to make data driven decisions. Overall, this platform performed exactly as we hoped it would! Very pleased!

Positive: I liked how simple the user interface was to teach to my team. As we got up and running, it was really easy to get results quickly.

Negative: I thought the customer service could have been a little more accessible for questions from us.

Summary: Overall, Slack has improved internal communications across all the branches in our entire organization.

Positive: I like that Slack allows me to send files of all assortments in the cloud.
Additionally, Slack enhances team collaboration across the entire enterprise.

Negative: Currently, I don't have any challenge that I can really outline.

Summary: It makes communication easier and integrates with many other collaboration tools. It requires an adjustment period when you start using.

Positive: It has a rich set of tools and it is highly customizable. The interface is also intuitive for new users.

Negative: The audio and video call quality need improvements.

Summary: Great tool to feel like an actual workspace where every channel has it's own purpose/department.
Easy to use and set up.
Overall a great way to communicate.

Positive: Cross platform and accessible from app/web on most devices.
Can create channels and multiple workspaces for different purposes.

Negative: Higher number of channels and workspaces make it harder to manage.
The usability of storage and size is based on subscription.

Summary: Slack is a professional brand that is consistent and reliable for me and my company's needs. I would definitely recommend them to any small-medium size business.

Positive: Easy way for me and my team to communicate. We can share files and even connect Google Docs to make sharing a bit easier. Never many issues with maintenance and always reliable!

Negative: Honestly, not much that I can think of that I don't like.

Summary: I highly recommend Slack if you're looking for an internal communication software. There are so many different ways to use this software to make it work for you and your company.

Positive: - Ability to create private channels
- "Apps" that you can connect to Slack. There are so many options to choose from (ex. Google Calendar, Monday, Ziflow, etc.) This is definitely my favorite feature.
- Keyword alerts

Negative: I have used Slack for over 3 years and have not come across any issues!

Summary: I can't believe Slack is free. It's an excellent communication product that my team and I use every day to manage very detailed projects.

Positive: I run a remote digital marketing & graphic design business. That being said, there are a lot of details that go into instructing graphic & web designers on how to make the client happy. Slack gives us the ability to communicate on different channels segmented by project and then when the project is done, we can archive those inactive channels. Slack allows for text, images, bulleted & numbered lists, and is overall way better than email & text.

Negative: Some people feel that Slack is overwhelming, and I understand that if you go overboard with the number of channels you have, then it would be. It's very important to manage the number of channels you have, then the tool is excellent.

Summary: The app is super intuitive and user-friendly and even our least tech savvy team members have had an easy time acclimating to using it. It's a great option for teams that find themselves with extremely long and confusing email threads-- Slack helps keep things organized and clear.

Positive: Chat is like email but 1000x better. Like email, it shows conversations in a specific context (known as channels in Slack), so even if you work with many of the same people on multiple projects, you can have clear conversations about discreet topics without things getting confused across projects. The app has so many integrations with other tools, pretty much anything you can think of that your team could be using. You can view every file that has been sent in a conversation (almost like WhatsApp).

Negative: It would be awesome if you could also se all links that have been shared in a channel or conversation in addition to all files.
It would be helpful for teams to discuss norms around how to use Slack. Slack isn't as effective if everyone you're working with is using it. Our team has had issues with people not using Slack because they prefer other methods.
Slack also presents some problems with feeling like you have to answer every message immediately (somehow this isn't as much an issue over email), plus it can blur the boundary of when is OK to message someone outside of work hours. Along those lines though, a perk is that you can adjust your settings to shut off notifications after work hours.

Summary: It is extremely easy to use and very user friendly.
Also it has great features that are great for video conferencing that makes communication to be more easier for sharing information and ideas.

Positive: What i like most about slack is that it normally makes communication to be more professional and organized compared to other messaging platforms.

Negative: I haven't experienced any problem as a user of Slack.
