Summary: Overall, I am grateful that Slack has a mobile application that eases business instant messaging as well getting instant notifications.

Positive: It has been perfectly effective and easy to manage tasks via Slack as we integrated it with Teamwork.

Negative: I do not have any flaw that I encounter while using Slack.

Summary: My experience with Slack has been great and I use it on a daily basis to communicate with colleagues, relatives and friends.

Positive: Slack has improved team collaboration, task management among other internal communications obligations.

Negative: I find nothing to dislike as Slack meets my daily instant messaging needs.

Summary: Before implementation, we were having hundred of collaboration and team communication difficulties. But adding this tool in our business, now every employee always in touch with the team. Fantastic tool.

Positive: Slack is the best-centralized communication software for professionals to get everyone into one app. The number of integration it accepts makes it incomparable to any other tools. Its UI is superb, chat channel can be customized, real-time messaging and tons of integrations.

Negative: Never encountered any issue with using this in our business.

Summary: It is cost friendly compared to other softwares and with that it normally makes work to be more easier.
Also with it you can easily share all types of files that are necessary to work with.

Positive: I like how it is fast and responsive while working with it.
Also it is very priceless and always available on every platform that i have come across with.

Negative: It is the best and the easiest software to work with, i haven't experienced any problem while using it, so i have no complaint towards it.

Summary: My overall experience has been 100 percent on the positive side, it makes new names of productivity in the team. Overall, if you are searching for a powerful and integrated inbound communication tool, then Slack is the best option.

Positive: As an administrator and user, I highly recommend Slack for business communication. It increases the collaborative spirit of the team. On the positive side, slack is very user friendly, has tons of integration support and has multiple communication options.

Negative: No, never experienced any problem with the Slack tool.

Summary: It is over three years now ever since I implemented Slack. It has advanced team collaboration between the teams.

Positive: Slack is easy to deploy, implement and use.

It has simplified internal communications between departments in our corporation.

Negative: I currently face zero drawbacks while utilizing Slack.

Summary: Slack is my favorite. Especially communicating in channels with team mates collaborating on work projects.

Positive: Slack makes communicating with your team mates in different channels very fun, especially when you use giphy as well.

Negative: Nothing about Slack that I do not like. It’s far superior to other messaging platforms.

Summary: The clear leader in its corner and with good reason. There are a few alternatives that do one or two things better but Slack does everything at 9/10.

Positive: It just works. It's easy to use, our users love it, and it integrates with everything. Bonus : it's nice to hook up news, weather, what-have-you to your feeds and have everything in one place.

Negative: It is a little pricey compared to some alternatives but you get what you pay for.

Summary: Slack is a great tool for my work team. It makes it easy to communicate and collaborate on projects while working remotely.

Positive: Great features and very easy to use. Love that I can easily communicate with my coworkers while working from home. The screen sharing feature is particularly useful, as are the cross-platform apps.

Negative: I don't really have anything bad to say about it.

Summary: I really enjoy using this app for work. It's a great way to get an instant reply if needed and communicate to a team of people.

Positive: Easy to use, great way to communicate with a team of people. Lots of ways to organize groups and people.

Negative: Wish there was a way to turn off some notifications and not others.

Summary: Overall, it gives the ability on our screen to centralize all of the business communication on one page. The plugin support (Zoom, Zendesk, and others) makes lots of things easier for us.

Positive: We are using Slack for both aspects of communication (inbound and outbound communication). It's an ideal tool for business communication. It makes every conversation professional and streamlined at one page. The plugin support of external tools is fantastic. The interface is clean and visually attractive.

Negative: The special command feature (hashtag) can't give the search result what I want.

Summary: Slack always keeps me updated when it comes to communication or integration with tools. It acts as a multi-tasker and does many activities from one section.

Positive: Slack is more than a team communication platform. It allows me to add many business software to its integration support, this feature makes the slack a very valuable tool to perform the integrated business activity without closing the slack.

Negative: The custom workflow builder is possible on Slack.

Summary: Slack is my favorite team communication application that simplifies my daily work life. It provides robust integration support because of this I integrated 90% of my business tools in the slack app.

Positive: Slack offered me a great resourceful application to do a daily team activity on its platform.
With Slack I'm able to chat, share files and integrate my current business tool in its configured channel. Slack makes remote work-life very easy.

Negative: Slack fulfills all of my needs. Didn't experienced any cons.

Summary: Overall Slack is the best internal communication tool to exist today. It encourages collaboration and communication among teams.

Positive: I like how it's segregated in channels, and how conversations can be segregated among teams and one-on-one. I absolutely love the stickers and reactions that make the whole messages a lot more interactive.

Negative: I do not personally like the new mobile UI which can be improved a lot more.

Summary: I simply love it, have been using it since 2016, and seldom have I opted for another, surely there is always room for improvements. I have much respect for the creators.

Positive: Let me start with this, the list of apps available for integration is huge. So is ability to manage multiple tasks in a small org or a class project. I absolutely love it. Simple UI, not much clutter. Doesn't freezes compared to other similar software when I start it.

Negative: Use of hashtags do confuse me, they could've used bullet point symbols, video conference is a little glitchy sometimes.
