Summary: I am satisfied with the services that Slack has provided me, communication in my company is a totally important factor and what helps us to grow and complete all kinds of business tasks. Slack has been a very good platform to communicate as a work team, this platform has allowed us to send and receive messages in just a few seconds, and so we can have conversations on any topic and we can also have discussions that helps us simplify the work of the company. Slack is a fast platform, its panel is very easy to use and the notification system is quite good.

Positive: One of the most notable positive features of Slack is the section that is below the main panel, in this section all pending messages, mentions and reactions, specific threads of conversations and also saved messages are shown, this section helps me to be able to visualize specific messages and to be able to know when or in which communication channel they have mentioned me. Another feature that I like about Slack is that it also has the ability to communicate with anyone around the world, no matter where that person is, just simply integrate them into a chat channel and you can immediately have one direct communication. Slack messages are receive instantly, which helps make communication totally fast.

Negative: Slack's search system is not optimized at all, this search system offers the user the opportunity to search for a specific message or search for some conversations on specific days, however, I don't like it because it takes a long time to search the various results and when you find messages, not all your searches appear, only a part of what you have found or the most outstanding messages. I would like to have a more optimized message search system that allows me to find what I am looking for.

Summary: From 1 to 5, I would give Slack a 4, because it is a platform that has helped us to be able to communicate in our work area and to be able to maintain an interaction despite the distance we are. In these times of the COVID-19 pandemic, Slack has been very useful because it has provided us with an online communication with all my work colleagues, and has kept us connected for all kinds of discussions and to talk about any specific topic. Slack is very easy to use, the general design of the panel that it offers to users is very attractive.

Despite the problems that Slack presents to be able to search for words, its general system is very good, communication is always persistent and it helps to share information much more frequently.

Positive: Team Collaboration is quite an important issue for all of us, because this allows all activities to be accomplished and teamwork can be consistently performed. Slack is an incredible platform to develop teamwork and to keep all areas of a company communicated, the most salient positive characteristics that I noticed are:

1.- It has an excellent notification system for all types of devices, and warns at the exact moment when messages are sent in each of the chat channels.
2.- In the main section of the panel, when you log in, a small box appears where all the unread messages appear and the mentions that have occurred while you were not online are also displayed.
3.- The conversations of all communication channels work in real time and allow very simultaneous messaging to be had.

Negative: 1.- I don't like that Slack conversations cannot be regulated, because on some occasions, conversation topics or group discussions get out of control and this creates a disaster in the chat channels. I would like to have system that regulates messages and can prevent spam.
2.- The word search engine that Slack offers is a bit slow, and it is slower when there have been many messages within a communication channel. As the time-line of each chat channel grows, the word search process will take even longer.

Summary: Currently in our company, we use Slack daily because this platform helps us to organize ourselves, to be able to discuss topics in general and to be able to have a broad conversation about any work matter. I am very happy with how Slack works, it s a fluid platform that does not present any type of complication when sending or receiving messages from anyone integrated into the communication channels. In addition, Slack allows me to maintain this communication with all my colleagues thanks to its fantastic application for mobile phones, which helps me to be able to have business messaging wherever I go. Slack has been very beneficial in our sales sector, as we can organize sales in a better way and can discuss any type of negotiation.

Positive: Slack is group communication software to be able to communicate without drops and without failures in sending and receiving messages. What I like the most about this platform is that it allows me to quickly modify my work area, thanks to the commands and the very simple configurations it has, I can modify all the communication channels and manage the members of each channel, without complications. In addition, I also like that Slack offers me real-time messaging, which helps me instantly receive and send messages to all my co-workers, the real-time operation is what makes Slack such a beneficial platform, because we can interact consecutively, without having to wait for messages to be processed or sent.

Negative: Currently I consider that I do not have any negative opinion about Slack, I am very happy to use this platform as the primary communication system for my team. Also, I find that Slack has helped me a lot to organize myself with all my colleagues, and no complaints have arisen during my experience with this platform. It is a software that is very worth using, due to the great potential of general communication that it has for all the employees of a work area.

Summary: It is totally for professional or conversation between the group, you can have individual chats and calls, but it doesn't fit best for it. But for broadcast and group chatting, it is perfect.

Positive: Suppose you need to convey your message as a broadcast in groups. It fits very well. You can send a message, and one can have a conversation in the text message itself.

Negative: The free version does not provide enough access, so you can use it and decide whether you want to buy it or not.

Summary: My overall experience with Slack was really positive, I performed very well when sending and receiving all kinds of messages. Also, Slack allowed me to quickly modify my communication environment, thanks to its commands, I was able to save manual work. Slack keeps me in touch with colleagues within my company on a day-to-day basis, and I can conduct all kinds of discussions in just one second. It's very stable and easy to use.

Positive: One of the things I like the most about Slack is that I can do absolutely any configuration of the channels and the entire panel, just by using a couple of commands. I should place the sign "#" + whatever I want to do, and instantly, it is done. Thanks to the command system I can make any modification of the chat channels or their elimination, in addition, I can also delete or add new members to the channels.

Negative: I don't have a negative opinion about Slack, because this platform has performed impressive since I started using it, and the group communication it has provided me is unmatched. Slack has allowed me to complete any type of task as a group, have discussions with my colleagues, and much more.

Summary: When using Slack, I certainly recommend having some work environment policies and also support to ensure that it is used in the most efficient way. The daily work procedures are structured according to our usage clearance today. In addition, it is an excellent system to use based on the ability to use emojis and GIFs that help us build relationships with customers.

Positive: Slack's user interface is nice, simple to use and is an incredibly integrative definition that can put in a lot of effort / assuming established alerts for when my conferences are about to start and when people talk about my records.

Negative: The variety of channels and workspaces in Slack can be unrestricted at times. The variety of messages and workspaces to move around in the same way can be quite tiring. It would certainly be fantastic if there was a less complicated method for acknowledging alerts from each office in a main area to prevent the loss of warnings occasionally.

Summary: Overall, with Slack, you get a quite good and intuitive user interface so that you can exchange messages, however, they should provide more messages in the trial version.

Positive: You get a lot of support and help from the inbuilt chatbot.
Emojis and custom emojis make the chats a lot more fun and interesting with the members.
You get a ton of tools and features to increase your productivity and helps you in your growth.

Negative: They should provide more features in the free version so the user can try the application thoroughly before opting for the paid version.

Summary: Overall experience is good. I particularly like the sense of transparency it gives to our organization like we have a lot of different channels for business areas but they're all open for other employees to join and see what's being discussed.

Positive: Pros are as follows:
- Categorize discussions by channels.
- Fast, powerful mobile app.
- Almost all-in-one communication tool (chat and audio/video).
- Integrations with Google Drive, Trello, etc.

Negative: Cons. are as follows:
- Unable to share my screen on the web version.
- For big organizations, (probably +150-200 employees) it might add too much noise if not managed correctly.

Summary: I advise you to use Slack for any type of company that is looking for effective ways to have people connected to one or the other. The biggest problem with Slack is what I indicated above, the video call feature is not good, especially when we need to speak with several members.

Positive: What I like most about Slack as a software solution is that it allows for an easy and reliable means of interaction between participants in a company. In fact, I have used Slack every day at work for the past few years and it has also been a high quality solution since I started using it.

Negative: What I don't like about Slack is that the video clip call function inside Slack is almost useless, it doesn't have a good quality. We simply go straight to another application when we want to speak.

Summary: Slack has so much to offer. You can message and can connect with colleagues and partners efficiently. The integration of various tools is the factor that has made Slack stand out from other applications of its kind.

Positive: Slack is a very powerful team messaging application and also a good one. It is one of the best applications out there with this kind of feature. Highly customizable, integrates with a lot of tools which makes working efficient.

Negative: The application is no doubt quite a bit expensive. Also, audio and video can be improved.

Summary: He appreciates the employee's individual hours of operation according to the individual's time zone, as well as automatically postpone warnings at a later time, which is flexible. You can settle down on your own, on a trip or on a holiday, use any type of custom icons and gifs, and participate in fast, relaxed business discussions.

I use it for collaborating with my colleagues, sending messages, exchanging files, and occasionally using the VOIP functionality. Integrations with our office suite make all of this work very efficient. I've used other messaging services and Slack just offers more features out of the box.

Negative: Slack is updated frequently, which can be good for regular bug fixes and updates. However, this also means that the interface changes in big ways regularly. Even if you're used to the fast development cycles of online software, you may still feel inconvenienced when your favorite feature has been moved, or you have to re-learn how to use a common function. Also, the additional functionality has made Slack resource-intensive compared to other messaging apps.

Summary: Overall a very well made communication product that rivals its competitors like Microsoft Teams.

Positive: -Slack is a great office tool bringing together channels and allowing us to collaborate better in real time.
-Ease of setting up the software for new users and functionality are very easy and intuitive

Negative: -Pricing for Slack is a bit higher as compared to other competitors out in the market.

Summary: Slack is a great tool for team communication, has a great notification system for messages.
Feels like a virtual workspace with every department having their own workspace.

Positive: Create different channels for different departments all with their own scope access, Has web and app versions both available so can be accessed from any platform of choice that can access internet.

Negative: The messages are deleted after 2 weeks, the file storage space is based on the subscription.

Summary: It's over three years now ever since I started using Slack and has advanced business instant messaging.

Positive: I like that Slack has capabilities that allows me to create multiple communication channels in one secure workspace.

Negative: Video conferencing feature requires boost by integrating it with Web conferencing platforms like GoToMeeting.
