Summary: As a beginner I am happy to have Luminar Neo for editing my pics. Kind and helpful support to solve issues. I am glad with Luminar Neo.

Positive: - intuitive
- allows beginners to start immediately
- good structure
- easy to use in the main aspects of editing
- good support

Negative: - adds should be all included in the 2 years subscription without extra costs
- in the message form for the supporting team, please explain to give the message in English (my setting was in german and I don’t realize, that communication should in English)

Summary: * I am an amateur who likes to deliver beautiful photos for such things as photo books
* this program offers me everything I expect from a photo program

Positive: * Neo can turn any snapshot into a pro photo
* Every operation is fully adjustable
* Any amateur can edit a photo with this if they simply go through every option
* The AI options sometimes make your mouth drop open

Negative: *Luminar NEO has many extras such as extensions and features. But you cannot always purchase these separately when you want them. Sometimes these have to be through an annual subscription and sometimes purchased separately, which is a bit annoying.
* You like to be informed of new developments, but receiving a few emails almost daily is sometimes annoying
* A few options in NEO are rather hidden in the program and have no logical place in the menu
* The program offers a kind of workflow, but this could be improved a lot more

Summary: Overall, I would highly recommend to amateur, or intermediate photographers to get their hands wet with lots of filter and preset options to get their photographs looking great.

Positive: I have been using Luminar since almost 2017 and have loved it. It's fast, very versatile. It's easy to learn and get going with it. The presets and editing features are amazing. Skylum also keeps bringing lots of new stuff, like LUTs, Textures, skies, new presets filters, that you could use to enhance your photos. It's quite reasonably priced too.

Negative: Sometimes, the app just quits in the middle of the process and doesn't give any kind of errors notification. Other than that I haven't much encountered much cons!

Summary: Very good tool to quickly achieve appealing results, good additional AI tools, unfortunately with weaknesses in speed.

Positive: The program is very easy to use, and thanks to the tutorials on youtube, even beginners can quickly achieve good results. I can only praise the support: a small problem (the raw profiles were not displayed, although they were RAW images) was solved quickly and competently.

Negative: The speed for loading the images is simply too long (despite the new fast computer). there are camera profiles available for RAW images, but I have not yet found an automatic lens correction like in Lightroom.

Summary: I would recommend Luminar Neo for quick adjustments of photos.
For other more demanding use of features there is longer experience needed.

Positive: Ease of use, several very useful features (e.g. super sharp, relight), very good masking.
Very responsive support.

Negative: - no possibility to attach comments to photos;
- lack of function to add individual photo to album (catalog view - > select photo-> right click on photo->the only possibility to choose is "Create album"),
- no chance to organize albums (no tags)

Summary: The customer service is awesome.

Sometime adding new things is good but don't remove the good one like Luminar 4. Otherwise I like Luminar Neo.

Positive: I like they offer pretty much everything I need to add on my pictures. It is simple and easy.
Love the Gen Erase.

Negative: The price!!

Also I love the way Luminar 4 show all your folders picture on the side and under while you work a photo. Too bad you don't have that anymore.

Summary: I'm happy with my purchase because it's easier than Lightroom. Editing is easy. On the plus side, you can buy more editing apps and pay every two years.

Positive: Intelligent smart adjustments and fast replies to emails. The multi-frame batch mode is convenient and fast.

Negative: There is no cloud service. Burdens the machine when disk space is reduced.

Summary: That I don't have to be afraid to get an answer to problems.

If I have a problem again I will not hesitate to contact you.

Positive: The quick answers to my problem. Clear and understandable for me even though I didn't learn English properly.

Negative: Hat the service is good and the follow-up for problems is not dismissed with small talk.
But expertly expressed.

Summary: I have used all Skylum Luminar products and have found them easier to use than others

Positive: Capabilities. ease of use. easy layout. Great for amateurs and pros alike.

Negative: Skylum has gone down the route of subscriptions.

Summary: Overall it's a good product and it is quickly becoming a viable alternative to Photoshop/Lightroom. Skylum has made many photographer tasks easier and fun to use

Positive: Modern technology and easy to use. The interface is quite intuitive and easy to come to grips with. The use of AI was a leading example for others to follow.

Negative: Frequent updates with new features/changes can overwhelm those who are not constantly using the software. The price however will have to stay competitive with the competition.

Summary: I use Luminar Neo only incidentally, preferring to use PhotoShop and the quality of my Nikon D850 camera, which drives me to constantly improve my shots.

Positive: I was ready to delete the application, but Anastasia's extreme responsiveness paid off. My sincere thanks to her.

Negative: Nothing special.

Summary: I am a student photographer. In my mind PhotoShop is the tool to go. However, I need to take a community college class to use it effectively. My friend told me and suggested me to buy this software less study time and outcome as same as PhotoShop (actually I do not know if it is as same as PhotoShop but as of now Luminar Neo Pro does what I need)

Positive: Easy to use the package built in numerous functions ready to use with less time. I like the super shape functionality. it works both with a crop or full frame sensor.

Negative: Removal a large area takes more time. My friend who has used Luminar Neo still also thinks that PhotoShop can do this job easier.

Summary: Still getting used to it. Still learning it.
Seems to be very responsive to the little tiny things and movements adjustments.

Positive: I am a real estate photographer and putting in blue skies on a cloudy day with a lot of trees and branches your software does better than what I can do with my other software.

Negative: Slight learning curve but somewhat intuitive.
Still learning it.

Summary: Most of the time I get good results, but it still takes a lot of experience necessary to master all the complex possibilities.

Positive: Luminar Neo is a professional tool that also beginners can be use in such a way that you can achieve very good results.

Negative: Unfortunately, I need the information from influencer to understand Luminar Neo.

Summary: A good software to develop fotos. Sometimes the styles are too extreme (color etc.) but you get a good value for the price. I would recommend that software to my friends.

Positive: Very easy to use/handle.
Good performance.
In relation to other products lower hardware requirements.
Absolutely perfect support (fast and helpful) if something went wrong.
Relative low price.

Negative: Maybe I am not totally experienced with this tool, but the possibility to change styles are rather poor.
Masking seems to be complicated.
Too few add-ons included.
