Summary: I think for the service Closely offers, it's definitely one of the best in the market and a good value for money.

Positive: In general, closely is great software with the ability to search for leads and automate connection requests, they have a decent lead database, find email address, so its everything you can expect from a simple LinkedIn automation.

Negative: For me, I believe the team behind closely can improve the functionality of the software by giving us the ability to find also the phone number of potential leads and maybe in the future include email campaigns similar to lemlist or Mailshake. If this happens.

Summary: Closely is a great and professional tool, it works perfectly!I'm really happy with this purchase, the tool is very high quality and works perfectly. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a professional tool.

Negative: The monthly prices could be a bit cheaper. But overall it isn't an unfair price.

Positive: Finding the right person for your business is hard. Closely Outreach helps you connect with professionals. It's an easy, scalable LinkedIn Outreach Tool that finds people to connect with, builds relationships, and helps you make connections.

Negative: It has been more than 5 weeks since I'm using this tool. Maybe It's me only but the Interface could have been better, It took me some time to get used to the layout.

Summary: Very positive and satisfied with the experience and results. The blog posts are very useful and the webinars very engaging.

Positive: Love the fact that all features work as supposed to work.
Love the tutorials and the step-by-step guides.
Love the results connected with group members.

Negative: Not so much about the tool, but about the LinkedIn guidelines about the email verification.

Fewer emails after the onboarding... felt overwhelmed.

Summary: I set up two accounts, initially just my main one for a few months and recently a second one that I can manage alone or concurrently in the internal CRM.
Right now I am only using the system to a small part of its potential mainly for new connections because I have been on lk for a short time, and I can't keep up with the new features but I plan to use a good half of it, especially the CRM with which I will manage separately from the corporate CRM where I have active customers. Support is fast and helpful, they also provided me with business/sales advice for specific use in my industry, and I must say they know what they are talking about.

Positive: It has many functions, some recently implemented, others adapted in a very short time to the recent changes in Linkedin, however, the interface is immediately user-friendly, you will not need to schedule a slot of a few hours to learn how to use it: you are up and running in five minutes.
The company, the community behind it, and the roadmap are always on point. I also know the company for lat their saas software, plus I have found Closely to be more immediately usable than other software for the exact same use.
We entrepreneurs don't have time, so it is important to be up and running right away.

You can also download emails and phone contacts of contacts you would like to get in touch with, in some cases sourcing them outside of Linkedin but fully compliant with international privacy regulations.

Negative: Some competitor features are still in the roadmap, but working by priority, those most voted by users will be available. Fortunately, they recently added an internal CRM to easily manage contacts, and they have a smart system with tags as well.

Summary: I got the lifetime deal and I'm happy with it. Usually I would just buy a deal and never use the product but Closely actually delivered on the promises.

Positive: Closely makes LinkedIn automation simple. I can easily schedule campaigns to connect with people and it works flawlessly.

Negative: They are adding some features that are not really necessary in my opinion (eg. the lead database) but it doesn't affect my experience of the other features so that's fine.

Summary: Amazing tool, really amazing tool, at least you should try it! You'll be amazed how it's easy to setup Linkedin automation!

Automation is what I really like!

Negative: Not a con, but still in the early stage, but team works like a clock, every month there is a new feature!

Summary: Closely has helped my have my first success in getting new leads and clients on LinkedIn, and I've still not started using all it's features and functionality.

Positive: I've only recently started using LinkedIn for my business and Closely has helped me get actual real results.

Negative: Takes a little while to get to grips with as a beginner.

Summary: Using Closely has made it really easy for us to reach out to potential connections at once and for us to work as a team on one app. Customer service is very responsive. Definitely a game changer in our firm.

Positive: Easy to use and it really makes it easy to reach out to many people at once with the campaign feature.

Negative: There isn't anything I can think of at the moment because we haven't had issues with the app.

Summary: This has probably my best 2022 purchase for new outreach tools. MUST-have, for cold outreach. The support, the UI, the campaign management and the LI account compliance management are all wonderful.

Positive: Smooth, easy to use UI.
High-performing pages with quick load.
Easy to use message sequencer.
Awesome LinkedIN contact info scraper/tool.
Easy campaign management.
Support is SUPER fast!

Negative: The only con I've come across, is the limitation on the number of accounts I'm able to connect, but for the cost, this still blows the more expensive competitors out of the water, as far as bang for buck.

Summary: Overall, I'm very impressed with Closely and highly recommend it to any growth specialist.

Positive: Since Closely allows me to run it on the cloud, I don't have to use the chrome extension to have another tab open, which is fantastic.

Negative: I can't add more lists to an existing campaign, and it will require me to duplicate it. I hope they improve in the future so I can just use one campaign to manage it all.
