    Summary: Mainly, we have been using closely for guest blog outreaching and my marketing team is using for cold emailing. Closely is great addition to our tool list.

    Positive: Finding leads become breeze.
    Ability to search using multiple filters meaning if you don't know the exact name of the lead, you can search concerned person using their company search. I personally like to see all my LinkedIn contacts in "My Network".

    Negative: I haven't seen any challenge using this product however If I have to give one cons, I would say it should reveal my network LinkedIn contacts' email right in the Closely. IMO this is free in the LinkedIn.

    Summary: I'm mainly using the tool for connecting and to automate the first touch msg. I've found that the tool shines there and saves me loads of time. Tried the contact data extraction. That works great as well.

    Positive: Vast database with great data quality. Excellent Linkedin automation and explorer features. A good amount of tutorials and supporting documentation. All the features I tried showed to be solid!

    Summary: Closely is such a great platform for a reasonable price. I would highly recommend getting it as they provide a lot of features already and it's much cheaper than other competitors. It's very easy to use so even people who are not tech-oriented can manage an entire LinkedIn campaign in seconds.

    Positive: They have their own database which has millions of contacts. So no need to browse LinkedIn. Quick and easy. But if you want to use LinkedIn no probs at all. Another thing is you don't need to use proxy as it's built-in already.

    Negative: If they add more socials such as Twitter etc. that would be a gem! Also, they could add a workspace that will be more likely divided between companies I own instead of logging in with different accounts.

    Cloud-based LinkedIn Automation tool with a good potential

    Summary: It is advised to work on the Linkedin profile to generate more leads for business.

    Safe automation is a must these days as LinkedIn has stringent policies on automation.

    Closely addresses these 2 areas correctly. We started automation on Linkedin again, thanks to Closely.

    Give it a try, you will definitely want to keep using it.

    Positive: I have used a few other LinkedIn automation tools already, and Closely matched them in terms of intuitiveness, ease of use and specifically, the cloud-based platform it provides.

    You don't need to keep logging into LinkedIn for the automation to start, which is always a huge time saver.

    Automation is slow, but that's a good thing keeping the LinkedIn limits in mind.

    Negative: Unfortunately, the tool lacks some important features.

    1. Messaging group members without a connection request

    2. We cannot create automations based on rules or conditions. Also, the time between follow-up messages can only be a minimum of 1 day. There is no flexibility in terms of the gap between two messages.

    3. The "Invite by email" campaign had a lot of issues. I do not know if we can run those campaigns now.

    Summary: It has some interesting functions and you can see they are getting better all the time. Functions being expanded and new ones added.
    It does the basic requirements very well, but a "power user" might still have some configuration options to be desired.

    Positive: - It runs mostly in the cloud and in a browser window (who doesn't have the browser open most of the time :-)), so no need to have an extra piece of software running
    - For the people that you find you get a great amount of info

    Negative: - The invite and message campaigns could use some more options and configuration
    - Not fully in the cloud, computer needs to be on

    Summary: The interface is clean and the ability to enrich data with email using the chrome extension adds to the functionality. Overall the tool seems well thought out and researched. Let's hope the road map is implemented and we do get more features to stay at the top of our game.
