Summary: My team had problems executing automation on LinkedIn. Through Closely, the hassle has been lifted. The response rate from potential prospects and clients has increased too.

Positive: This tool made it easy and quick to set up an automation campaign. The dialog box walks you through setting up and gives you all the necessary options. Also, it's great that the inbox is built into the tool because it means everything is in one place. So long as everything is set up properly, I have to ensure the campaign is successful and check the response rate every so often. I don't have to leave LinkedIn open in my browser as with other chrome-based LinkedIn automation applications.

Negative: Sometimes, the LinkedIn import tool doesn't get all of the search results from LinkedIn. Closely says this is normal because LinkedIn doesn't always let you see all the profiles that come up in a search. But the good thing about Closely is that they are helpful, keep an eye on the import feature, and try to improve it.

Summary: I have found Closely to be easy to use and good value for money. It has helped me to maximise the power of LinkedIn by providing me with useful tools and resources. I would recommend it to anyone who is looking to make the most of their LinkedIn profile.

Summary: I will keep the tool because I see a lot of potential. I just hope they will add features quickly.

Positive: One of the best UIs of any LinkedIn tools I have seen so far. Very easy to use, no need to read through articles or watch videos. Everything is straightforward.

Negative: There are some missing features that I personally need that are missing.
1. Sending messages to non-connected group members without connecting
2. Combining group and Sales Navigator searched. Right now, you can just select a group and the tool will randomly try to connect to people from that group. I want to combine it with a Sales Navigator search, so I can choose location and such, so the tool only tries to connect to the right people.

Summary: Exceeded expectations. We wanted a simple tool and it does the job so overall good experience for automating.

Positive: Easy to setup. We were able to get up and running in no time and it works as expected. Normally other applications become very complicated to use. This looks pretty good.

Negative: Nothing so far, working as expected... will use more to see long term how it works. I would like see more integrations.

Negative: I would like a flow outlay for the campaign structure and more freedom to choose actions and wait times.

Summary: I think the project has great potential! The best promise kept is the ease of use. I have tried many automation platforms and this one is the easiest to use!

Positive: - easy to use

It's a great clean interface and easy to get started.

Negative: - took them months to fix a bug when trying to upload csv
- support is not proactive to inform you when your problem has been solved

Summary: I am enjoying what I could able to do with Closely so far so I don't hesitate for anyone to start using it as well. It's indeed the best tool I have ever used.

Positive: There are many Linkedin outreach tools out there but what's unique about Closely is that it is completely built on Cloud, meaning you don't need to plug in your Linked account to any chrome based extension which would eventually cause your Linkedin account to get banned, As closely run on the Clouds, you will never have to face such ban from Linked. All you have to sign in and use the tool which will operate in the background no matter if your machine is on or not.

It has many targeting features as well you can target certain audiences that you see inside your Linkedin Community. It's like a laser targeting your audience. You pretty much set up a campaign that only targets certain communities or a particular post where most users are engaged and you want them to outreach and prompt your stuff. Trust me it all makes your job so easy with Closely, you would never have such a feature-rich tool at least for now.

Negative: I don't find any drawback on Closely as far as I have used it as a team it continues to update every now. However, if they create a full-fledged email outreach tool inside Closely it would be even greater as we don't need to use a separate tool for the same.

Summary: Overall I'm happy to keep using this app. Haven't faced any real issues yet, and development is fast. so happy customer.

Positive: Closely is very easy to use, and all details are pretty straight forward. What I'm looking for is an easier way to set steps (follow request, message, endorsement, like last post, comment last post, etc.). but with the speed it gets developed I'm sure we'll be fine.

Negative: Sometimes the backend is still buggy. Note that this is a startup and they got a ton of clients lately. But they get there. Support is usually fast and ok.

Summary: Closely is a definitely a tool that helps you in your LinkedIn lead generation efforts saving so much time and organizing leads with it's builtin CRM. I highly recommend if you want to automate your LinkedIn lead generation.

Positive: Closely is a software which definitely helps with automating the lead generation process on LinkedIn. It is very affordable and it has it's own builtin CRM to manage leads.

Negative: Only one con would be closely removed a feature which is Invite by email. That's a bit disappointing but I can understand they had to do so because of changes in the features of LinkedIn.

Summary: STAY AWAY. There are plenty of products out there solving the same use case. Choose something other than this POS.

Positive: Eastern European company with support 10 time zones away. Good concept poorly executed and supported worse.

Negative: STAY AWAY. Clunky product, and the cherry on top - they will charge your card even after you cancel the subscription.
