Summary: Overall, Closely works really well and the features listed in the 'Cons' above will surely be added in the future, as the team really listens to their clients.

Positive: The user interface is really clean and intuitive. Setting up campaigns is really easy and the tool does what it says it will do.

I really like the ability to search for email addresses via their database of LinkedIn profiles also.

Another big plus is that Closely is cloud-based, which is huge for me. I can't stand to extra tabs/browser windows open all day long.

Negative: Closely is a great tool with a lot of potential. However, there are some features that are missing. For example, the ability to remove connection requests, or upload a list of 1st degree connections for a campaign.

Summary: In a short period of time in my use, closely works fine for my needs. Closely is Great, But it’s not perfect.

Positive: I like the easy set up and the functions are very helpful for outreach in LinkedIn. The campaign builder is good.

Negative: Doesn’t have web hooks or an API to integrate with other apps.

Summary: Closely is a great Linkedin automation tool with its integrated CRM. I have used other similar apps in the past but Closely outperforms.

Positive: I am using Closely on daily basis to manage our Linkedin outreach. It is easy to use and a time saver . I really like the simplicity of use.

Negative: Still a little limited on features but I am sure more is coming done from their roadmap.

Summary: It's been good experience. Support are quite fast too. Overall I can't grumble if I'm being honest. Thank you.

Positive: Makes my life easier by taking the hassle of maintaining my connections on LinkedIn. It automates my LinkedIn outreach.

Negative: I can't think of any at the moment. Maybe could do with making CRM integration a bit easier with Zapier or something.

Negative: Everything working fine for me so far, Would love to see more integration like Pabbly.

Positive: It's extremely easy to use. I love that it's cloud based as well which makes your account being banned a lot less likely than browser based extensions. Being able to set and forget campaigns is great.

Negative: Although it's great for sending campaigns, it's research capability isn't as good. You're best off using other tools to get the LinkedIn accounts that you then add to campaigns on Closely.

Summary: Already at the beginning it feels like you're an expert in LinkedIn automation, because this system just does everything as wished in a very professional way. I really like this software!

Positive: This software just completely does everything as wished and described. You can directly start with LinkedIn Automation.

Negative: In my personal opinion there aren't any cons for this software. It's just worth the money.

Positive: It‘s kinda easy to use and I am a complete beginner in Linkedin automation processes. That my major thumbs up. 👍🏼

Negative: It is a bit expensive for me, but most software I have seen so far is still more expensive.

Positive: Closely combines three tools together: LinkedIn campaigns, inbox and lead finder. That is very useful.

Negative: I don't know any real cons yet except the price and some missing features.

Summary: I love Closely because it perfectly streamlines my LinkedIn outreach and shows me everything I need in one place.

Positive: It's very nice, that the inbox is directly built into Closely. On this way you can directly see the incoming messages and don't have to switch to LinkedIn itself.

Negative: There could be some more extra features, but I think they will develop them later on.

Positive: Love the ease of use, the simplicity in design and interface. This tool has made my life super easy as pretty much runs itself.

Negative: Would like it to have more flexibility in the number of emails sent out, but I guess that's a LinkedIn rule, rather than a Closely rule.

Summary: Great service, very affordable pricing, looking forward to the improvement mentioned on their roadmap.

Positive: Very easy UX, good response times for support and ability to add custom link to any of your campaign which is something you don't see a lot.

Negative: Dashboard statistics could be improved to show stats for specific periods and and conversion rates.

Summary: I sell books and I need someone to reach out to libraries and schools for me. This tool get me several replies on LinkedIn that can generate me thousands per month.

Positive: It just works! It only take me only 15 mins to set up, and all I need to do is just wait, and then leads will answer after several days.

Negative: Nothing yet, after all, a tool that gives out result is a tool worth to buy.
