Summary: The built in throttle for the outreach campaigns is very effective. They give you a projection on how long it will take to increase your total contacts. This slowly warms up LinkedIn so you don't look like a spammer and it is very effective.

Positive: Simple interface, quick to setup and effective. Closely has an intelligent set of rules to follow that make it a successful piece of software.

Negative: I would like to see more campaign types as well as automatic responses for Birthdays, Promotions or Job changes so you can consistently engage your current network.

Summary: This is the biggest problem that Closely solves for me. Its ability to allow me to manage leads and run campaigns from multiple accounts with only a few clicks, and from a single dashboard, saves me hours. Better put it increases my efficiency, which means that I can increases my volume, which in turn improves my success rate.

Positive: The thing I like best about Closely is how it enhances the Linkedin experience by making it friendlier for prospecting rather than networking. Why is that? Linkedin started as a networking platform that its users turned into much more. Unfortunately, the UX hasn't kept pace with user needs making the features offered by the platform somewhat convoluted or lacking. This is where Closely shines; it strips out a lot of what Linkedin is and focuses on prospecting and content management with an easy-to-understand interface focused on these simple goals.

Negative: Honestly, there isn't much to dislike about Closely because it focuses on what it does best. The issue for me, however, is that it uses methods of data collection that may violate Linkedin's terms of service and could cause possible account suspension. Closely has processes in place and onboarding to help mitigate this, but it still leaves me feeling uneasy using some of the features. The trade-off, however, is worth the minor risk.

Summary: Overall, It's been a great experience. It has come a long way since I used it first time and it's only growing + they have the best support staff.

Positive: I've been using closely for few months now and have utilised it for making new connections, opportunities and thanks to closely's lead finder, I can instantly search through decision makers at a company and reach out to them directly from the app.

Negative: My experience with closely has been great so far, I would've loved if they included a cold email module to send out mails directly from the app.

Summary: Very very good!

Summary: It has its pros and cons, but I still prefer closely over other tools I have tried. I'm looking forward for the future updates.

Positive: I have used different automation tools for my LinkedIn outreach and closely is one of the best tools I've tried. It's also the easiest to set up and get going.

Negative: Yo can only run 2 campaigns at once and depending on prospects it cn tke quite long time to finish.

Summary: All in one LinkedIn marketing and sales tool. Prospecting them, Adding them to campaign, Messaging them from within the tool etc are so cool.

Negative: Prospecting and search can be improved little bit. More filters can be added in search.

Summary: Closely helps me a lot to reach out in a very systemic way to people that share similar interests than I. I do not use it so often, but for instance when I participated in an event on LinkedIn I use closely to connect with other participants.

Positive: It is very easy to use, very well structured and they always include new features. It was very easy to connect with LinkedIn account and I also appreciated a lot the customer support!

Negative: Although the triggering of the different emails worked well, however I did not totally understand the logic behind, especially when more than one campaign is live.

Summary: I have enjoyed using Closely, and have not had my LI account limited in any way. It's not as fully featured as some competitors, but it will get there eventually.

Positive: - Cloud and not browser-based
- Robust and non buggy
- Much more affordable than Expandi, Dux Soup etc

Negative: - Limited multi-channel functionality
- Lacking integrations

Summary: The overall experience is good so far. The team is very supportive, they solve queries very fast. Love it!

Negative: I didn't find any but need to work on to increase some more features.

Summary: Great tool for growing your network and audience on LinkedIn on autopilot. Only takes a couple of minutes to set up

Positive: - Very easy setup and the tools allow you to be almost completely hands-off
- Their support generally replies within 1 min

Negative: - Segments can sometimes be a bit limited. But that's more due to LinkedIn limitations

Summary: It's an awesome tool with a lot of potential for several use cases. I will use it in different ways and looking forward to try out more.

Positive: You can do the most things you need to do directly within the software. Very user friendly and intuitive.

Negative: It's a little bit expensive. Could have some more features, for example contact accepts within Closely.

Summary: Really enjoyed using this product, we have a few colleagues using Closely now and will definitely grow.

Positive: Being able to manage my inbox better has been a godsend, Linkedin's inboxing is so bad. I really enjoy that it's just able to take some of the mundane tasks away and is freeing up time for our sales people to concentrate on calls.

Negative: The interface needs a touch of paint but the guys are responsive to any problems that arise and help actively to fix things.

Summary: Tremendous customer support. I'm not a heavy techie and was very nervous sending out connection requests to C-level execs - my name and business depends on a professional presentation - highly recommend this for my sized-business.

Positive: Closely has great connection request automation - I send 200 per week and used to do it manually first thing each morning. Would take an hour+ to do and basically it's Closely vs. a VA. Great customer support - all questions addressed within 5 minutes max via chat.

Negative: Limited to 2 campaigns (not a big problem for me) but once a campaign is paused, stats stop being tallied on that campaign. I track stats very heavily and this is a weakness, but I track in bulk on Excel. Not a biggie.

Summary: So far this tool beats any other tool that I’ve used to connect in LinkedIn. Purchasing this on the app sumo for this price has just been absolutely amazing.

Positive: I just got Closely and I love it. The quick start guide gave me every bit of info I needed to get started and the tool is so simple to use.

Negative: So far I have not found any negative aspects to this program.

Summary: Closely has a great and active team with an active facebook community, can hopefully be as good as Expandi soon.

Positive: Linkedin automation and email coming soon too. Very intuitive interface and also has a really nice UX.

Negative: Still building email automation and the product is still in early stages of development.
