I helped a friend set theirs up. It refused to connect to wifi out of the box until it had a firmware update from a wired connection. Every step of the way this product has sucked starting with setup.

It has been broken for yours. Recovery mode has not worked for my in the field. Either an update turned of making snapshot backups or it demands the admin password then refuses to admit it is valid denying to roll back settings. 1 time this year an update turned bitlocker on when it was off despite it being off on the server level and screen of death bitlocker screen appeared wanting a unlock code that no one had because it turned itself on and never told the azure server. Fresh install is the only answer or jumping away from MS. Like our aging machines we are converting to ChromeOS making them secure speed demons.

Amazon has done that for years and this also: If you use a VPN different states have different prices for the same item. Put the lowest price one in your basket and pay for it and it will still ship to you at the lower rate. But wait, there is more, if you browse amazon not logged in (incognito mode) you often will see lower prices then logged in, which you can put in your cart and check out getting the lower price.

Plex Lifetime Pass is worth it when you know you are paying to support the developers (use to be around 79 bucks), plus being able to cache content to a phone for offline play is so worth it for listening to audio books or personally owned music (Jellyfish last time I checked did not have this feature). Plex will let you cast to a smart speaker a video and thus it becomes a "radio" like broadcast version, which is really nice when you want to hear things yet not display them.

This treats ChromeOS as not Linux (it is SEcure Linux with a sand boxed charoot env) and does not include Android Tablets. With that said, a lot of people just use cell phones and no other computer these days so why not include 50 percent of all Android phones also.
