Slashdot normally should have a few stories about it considering it relies on Data AI and IT systems which are vastly out of date and technology dinosaurs being upgraded and fixed (A process ironically started under Obama). Much of what they are doing is fixing the work literally being done by what would be Slashdot core audience. However Slashdot only has 2 articles if you search for DOGE. Why has this been ignored by Slashdot? are there any Slashdot readers involved.
DOGE also take submission on waste so an interesting site is https://ancillary-proxy.atarimworker.io?url=https%3A%2F%2Fdatarepublican.com%2F which has developed search tools to find connections with politicians money flows and their friends business associates and relatives. This site alone should be a slashdot story. It's still a work in progress but the results so far are eye opening.
In the case of the protests they were funded by NGO's connected to various people who stood to lose if their NGO lost government funding. BTW NGO = Non Government Organisation yet most are highly government funded i.e. if the Government stops funding the organisation dies therefore not really an NGO but used to obfuscate the money trail as they don't have the same reporting as Government entities
